The process was easy to do online - including accessing a discount from my employer. My only negative was that I was unable to combine with my husband's current insurance plan, so ours were both on the same login / account.

Pets best are simply the best
I’m very happy with my choice of pet insurance provider. It gives me peace of mind in case of illness or accidents. The process of submitting claims and the time and transparency of treatment are very satisfying. I would definitely recommend Pets Best to other pet owners.
Doesn’t explain very well
At first I sent in a bill I paid and they denied it because it wasn’t itemized… so I asked the vet for a bill that was itemized and when i received it , I sent in the itemized bill and nationwide is still denying the claim with no explanation. What’s going on?
