Our two year old Lab/Retriever mix pup had a large growth on her leg, which the vet thought we should have removed & tested. Embrace was so very quick to process our claim and issue an insurance refund - lightening fast! I cannot say enough about the staff's thoroughness with acknowledging, processing & paying the claim. When we brought our Yorkie, Bailey, home I wanted to make sure he was in good health and had the proper health coverage. I had pet insurance with my previous dog but I wasn't completely satisfied with the coverage so this time I decided to shopped around. I examined the top ten rated pet insurances listed on line. Embrace Pet Insurance offered both an accident and illness policy and a wellness policy. Both policies are important to me. The Wellness Policy s something you use annually for things like shots and teeth cleaning.Veterinary costs are expensive but when you love your pet they become family and you want them to have the best veterinary care. At 8 weeks of age Bailey needed all the usual puppy shots plus a flu vaccine. The heartworm and flea medicine isn't cheap either. At 6 months we had Bailey neutered and he had to have some baby teeth pulled that were interfering with his adult teeth. All of these things were covered at 100% up too the $400.00 annual maximum. Embrace also offers direct deposit directly into our checking account and that made receiving our reimbursement that much faster. I haven't had to use the illness or accident insurance yet and hopefully I never will but I have it for Bailey just in case. It gives me peace of mind. My first Yorkie had cancer of the mouth and the surgery was so costly but it saved his life for 6 more years and I don't regret our choice. He lived to be 18 years of age. I have a 2 year old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel with a persistent UTI. Trupanion was great! Their customer service is excellent. They kept me up to date with what was happening with the claim and they were prompt with payment. This was the first time I submitted a claim and I was very pleased with their response time.

Really, really GREAT
I, like so many others, was skeptical after having less than a pleasant experience at another pet insurance company. I have been blown away by the speed of processing, the amount of reimbursement, the ease of filing claims. One of my dogs ingested grapes soon after switching to Healthy Paws. After meeting our deductible ($250) we received 80% of the cost back from Healthy Paws within about 20 days! I highly recommend Healthy Paws! They also emailed me to check how my pup was doing!! Very satisified customer.

Happy to have Charlie insured by HP
Charlie fell and tore his ligament in right back leg. After the claim was submitted by our vet, I was more than impressed with the contacts via e-mail from HP to keep us updated on the progress of the claim. HP wrote me and asked that I let them know how Charlie was doing and then asked me to give him a hug from HP! I had other pet insurance and didn't get the personal care that HP gives and besides their plans beat all others. I am telling all my friends who are pet owners to check out HP as their insurance carrier for their pets.

Speedy and Reliable
I brought five year old dog to be seen by the vet a couple of weeks ago due to a suspicious growth by her right hind leg. We went ahead and had the tumor surgically removed as advised by the vet. I filled out the online claim form for my dog and, despite reading great reviews about Healthy Paws' service, could not believe just how fast they were with the process. Two claim forms were processed by the next day with an email explaining my reimbursement (checks came in the mail very quickly). I also appreciated their well wishes for my dog which was a sweet gesture. It's comforting to know that Healthy Paws is there to help with their straightforward and honest service. I'm so happy and thankful for the peace of mind of knowing that my pet can be supported by such a reliable company.
