Don't waste your money!
If you want to prepare for the day your pet gets ill, set aside money every month so you'll have it when you need it. Paying a premium is like flushing your money down the toilet. When the time comes, NOTHING will be covered! I paid premiums for 5 years on 2 and then 3 cats...what a WASTE of thousands of dollars!

Excellent service
My 8 year old rescue has acquired an infection that has been resistant to the usual antibiotic treatments. We have received reimbursement for the cost less 20% ($216.43) deposited in a timely manner into our checking account for the initial treatment. We have subsequently had to retreat him with daily antibiotic injections daily for 10 days. That claim was just submitted. Based on my experience with Embrace I expect that next week 80% of that expense will be deposited in my account, as well. I'll follow up with another comment after that claim is settled.

Best decision I made as a pet owner .
I love the peace of mind I have by having pet insurance for my Labrador, Mae. I never let the high cost of veterinary services hold me back or sway a decision of taking her in. I can always make sure she receives the best care and recommended treatment no matter the costs. I have am reimbursed most of the money I pay. The monthly payment is well worth it.

No tricks
Embrace was clear as to what they covered and as to how. When I had questions, they were immediately answered by their qualified staff. Our new puppy had broken a toe. We felt the burden of how much it costs to cover these expenses and chose to research pet insurance. This has been wonderful.

Amazing Customer Service and Quick Return on Claim
We have had Embrace for about 9 months now and have had to use it for our dog with a new condition. I have had no troubles receiving my claim benefits from Embrace. I submitted a claim to be applied towards my deductible. Imagine my surprise when my cat Itsy Bitsy got a get well card from Figo. Today I got an email notifying me that my claim had been approved and would be applied towards her deductible. Can't get better customer service than that. Thanks, Figo.

Fast and Friendly!
I have always carried ASPCA Pet Insurance on my dogs ever since I learned bout their insurance. This gives me peace of mind for my dear "children". I recently filed a claim after taking my 13 year old female lab mix (April) to the vet. The outcome was good for my little girl. Thank goodness! But your question is: How was the insurance coverage? I filed the claim and received reimbursement within a couple of weeks. The process was quick and efficient. I simply scanned in a copy of my vet's invoice and clicked a few buttons to file the claim. It was very easy. Afterwards I was very impressed that a kind staff member from ASPCA Pet Insurance called to check on April. He was very sincere and kind. I do not think he was just "doing his job" and fulfilling a duty. I was very pleased. I do not make a lot of endorsements, however I recommend ASPCA Pet Insurance to my friends.
