Dog fight
My own dogs fought with each other after living peacefully together for almost three years. We determined it was a foster dog that triggered the animosity. It happened in an instant. I took both dogs to the emergency vet on a Saturday, about three weeks ago to get patched up, and have since been back for follow ups. I submitted my claims and have already received my reimbursement. Once the claim was submitted an email chain ensued to keep my posted of the status of my claim. I wish human insurance would work as well. In addition, any time I have called with a question, I get a knowledgeable and courteous human. Thanks, Embrace. ps. I tell the vets office and anyone else with pets about the wonderful service you provide.

After explaining in detail how to file a claim and the ways I could get claim to the company most quickly, I was faxed a claim form and kept up to date with the processing of claim and when check would arrive. I was very impressed with their efficiency and quick processing of claim!

The vet recommended this co. and we are sure glad he did as they are excellent at everyting, starting with customer service to claims payment. Our vet asks us about this co. as new to them and we said recommend them to everybody.

Hello, Trupanion has been my pet insurance for several years now. I have made multiple claims that have always been reimbursed quickly and correctly at least 4 times. The customer service is Excellent. Its better than my medical insurance!

Trupanion makes surgery possible
Sadly our 4 year old German Shepherd required a second TPLO surgery within 6 months of his first. It was such an emotional challenge to go through this again but with the help of Trupanion we were spared the financial stress. They are such an amazing company and we greatly appreciated the express claim which meant we could proceed with the surgery immediately. Having gone through 2 major surgeries, Trupanion were supportive throughout every step of this process. Thank you!!!!!
