Best decision
This is a fabulous insurance company. They are fast, they cover everything they said they'd cover when we signed up. We have had to go to multiple vets in different states while traveling, and processing their claims has never been an issue. I am incredibly grateful that I don't have to second guess any of the tests my vet recommends due to coverage concerns.

I recently signed up for pet insurance with Trupanion. What a difference from my previous plan I had. My dog was ill less than 2 weeks ago and a few days ago I was informed my claim had been processed and that they were placing a cheque in the mail. Wow what service. I previously had a different plan, however, each year they reassessed and increased the premium and lowered percentage covered claiming it was for a cost of inflation in the area I lived as well as based on usage in the prior year. If my dog had claims the previous year you could bet the percentage and premium would change......not fair. So glad I have switched to trupanion. I have choosen the top end plan but I truly know my pet and I are protected if he gets ill. In addition, trupanion sends you emails along the way about how your claim is progressing so you know they are working hard for you. It would usually take 6 weeks to get a check back from my previous pet insurance company and it was always for a stinking small amount.

thank goodness for HEALTHY PAWS!
I've had occasion to file claims 4 times already for my two dogs and I was so happy I had insurance. Healthy Paws is very clear about what they cover from the beginning so I expected to pay for the office visits and preventative, but for all the treatment and medicines they indeed paid the 90% I'm contracted for. The turnaround time was only 5 or 6 days for a reimbursement check and they even follow up with an email inquiring how they were doing now. It feels like there are some animal lovers at the helm or I wouldn't feel this way. I wish my medical insurance were this caring. They also have a very user friendly website where you can post photos of your beloved pets.

Outstanding Service, really nice people
Our dog had a mast cell tumor on his leg that required surgical removal. We submitted several claims over the course of his treatment. All claims were processed quickly and courteously. I was amazed and am so appreciative of the amazingly fast service and genuine concern expressed from Healthy Paws. They are one of the good guys and I enthusiastically recommend them to anyone considering insuring their pets.

Amazing Company
I have nothing but great experiences with Embrace. They answer all of my questions promptly and I get the reimbursement check for all of my claims quickly and efficiently. I have the wellness plan and I LOVE it, it is by the far the best wellness plan out there. They cover vaccinations, flea/tick preventatives, and heart worm preventatives--all which really add up over the course of a year. They are prompt and really easy to work with about everything. Don't be fooled by the "big names" that your vet may recommend because they don't know of any others. I did a lot of research and Embrace is truly the best, and now that I've had their coverage, I can certainly confirm that all the research was true!

Service was great and very caring
My cat, Rusty, had a urinary blockage. The insurance covered the majority of the expense. The best part was that they called to follow-up on how Rusty was doing. They called twice. I was very pleasantly surprised. Rusty is fine!

Outstanding customer service
I've submitted several claims now and each one handled quickly. Staff is always friendly and helpful. I recently had a bill of nearly $800 for my cat's acute pancreatitis. I submitted my claim electronically on Saturday night, and I had my reply on Monday morning with the benefits summary-I had the check within a few days. I've had nothing but good experiences with Healthy Paws and recommend it to everyone I know with a pet.
