No complaints, they paid as agreed
Our first puppy for the family and my first puppy since I left for college. I selected Embrace to insure after comparing with 3 other companies. We insured for accident and illness and also signed up for the Wellness plan. Indie, our mini golden doodle had her first set of shots under the plan. They notified me by email that our Vet filed the claim and they paid as stated. Embrace was proactive. Thank you.

Trupanion gave Saphira outstanding care!
10 - bestFrom the day Saphira tore her cruciate ligament on her right leg (November, 2012) till now, Trupanion has been with us all the way. They provided 90% of a $4500 claim, and they also supported physiotherapy, and the ensuing complementary medicine (hydrotherapy and laser therapy) that benefitted Saphira immensely. I recall having received one comment that we had made it past a year, and Saphira still had not torn her other cruciate ligament on her left leg. This can happen often, we were told. Well, it is now almost two years, and we have been accident free. I am not saying that she won't be affected, but the statistics are definitely in her favor. And the main support was her alternative therapy. She did a 5k run for the military last summer, and a 2k run this summer. I will be continuing her therapy, because she benefits from it so much. And it is Trupanion that we owe a tremendous amount of thanks to. The agents, and all the people I have dealt with, have been absolutely top-notch. I would not have any other insurance company.

Amazing and Fast
I decided to get pet insurance for our new puppy Charlie who was about 8 months at the time (13 months now) and we found out very quickly that we was very active so we decided to be safe in case he hurt himself in the future. I looked around on the Internet and reviewed several insurance companies and decided on Healthy Paws because they covered major injuries and they were affordable. Well wouldn't you know a couple months after getting insurance, Charlie hurt his leg. We took him to the doctor who diagnosed him with medial patella luxation and in order to correct the problem, Charlie would need surgery. We submitted our first claim for the consultation which includes x-rays and anesthesia (~$300). Since this was our first claim I submitted all of Charlie's records with our invoice. A rep from Healthy Paws called within a couple of hours to go over all the paperwork and then they filed the claim with an adjuster. Within 7 business days the claim was processed and since we had a $250 deductible our deductible cover the expenses covered by Healthy Paws. About a week later Charlie had his surgery. After the surgery I submitted the claim for this invoice (~$1,200) and I was very amazed by how fast the claim was processed. In less than 24 hours after submitting the claim, I received an email stating that the claim was processed and completed and a check would be mailed to me within a couple days. Great Pet Insurance!
This is the first time I have had pet insurance. I got it since I knew that I would pay anything for my pets if needed and I would rather be safe than loose a ton of money. Healthy paws allows me to pay a low fee every month ($20) to cover any accidents or injuries and they have stood by their word. I wasn't sure what to expect but after my kitten hurt her knee they refunded me exactly what I had signed up for in a very fast manner. I am very happy with their service and I will be adding future pets to this insurance and also recommending my friends.

I was very impressed how quickly I was reimbursed for my cat Lucky preventative care.I just adopted a 9 week old kitten added him to Lucky policy. The representative was efficient answered all my questions and Indiana (after Indiana Jones) was enrolled in a matter of a few minutes.I would recommend Embrace to any pet owner who cares about the health and welfare of their pet.

Thank goodness for Embrace!
After researching many pet insurance companies, I bought an Embrace policy on our two-year-old golden retriever last September. She was wild and crazy, and I could imagine a torn ACL or similar injury brought about by her running, leaping, and wrestling with her friends. Little did I know then that, within just a few months, those play dates would start leaving her in pain and barely able to walk afterward. A referral to a neurologist and many expensive tests later, an MRI uncovered abnormalities in her spine that were causing pain and stiffness, and that would cause irreparable damage had we not modified her lifestyle. I can't say enough about how impressed I am with Embrace. Our policy has paid 80% of all covered treatments and tests including the expensive MRI, and, in every case, I've received our check in less than two weeks. What a good feeling it is not to have that nagging worry about how much it's going to cost to give our girl the veterinary care she needs!

Thor my Sammie suffered a seizure. Submitted my claim on June 26 and was processed and closed on July 1, my reimbursement should be in my account in a few days. Embrace Pet Insurance is amazing with the speed they handled this claim. Thank you!!!
