My Golden Retriever has had to have both ACL Tears surgically repaired. The information provided me both written and on the phone was clear, concise and most helpful. The response to our request was rapid and fair. I consider my Dog to be very fortunate to be in your hands.

Just want to express my happy moment with Trupanion.My dog got bite on Friday I called them they was amazing explain everything about how to claim.My vet fax the claim around 3 pm got email from Trupanion same day 7 pm that they receive my claim then on Monday got another email explaining that it might take up to 15 days because its my first claim,then on Tuesday got email that my claim was processed and they refund my bill %90 as they advertised.I highly recommend Trupanion they are amazing I have one less worry because of them and thank you TRUPANION people for all great service and making our claim less painful.

Awesome Service and Quick Reimbursement
We are very impressed with Embrace. We've used other companies in the past and there was always a catch regarding coverage and a hassle whenever we submitted claims. Embrace plans cover everything they spell out in the policy and they make the process very simple and quick. Anytime we call or email, we get excellent and timely responses.
