Quick and personal assistance
So far I've been very pleased with Embrace. There are a few things I've struggled with --- submitting a claim that didn't get processed (which was then handled quickly by a real live agent, saving me extra work), lack of a really good online customer portal --- but overall I feel they do a great job.

No regrets
After having dogs previously that had put us into credit card debt that took us years to get out of we decided to jump in and try pet insurance when we adopted our next dog. We have no regrets since deciding this and have even signed up our second dog. Each time we file a claim the speed at which it is resolved is incredible and every person we have dealt with has been the utmost professional. We can't be happier and we gladly recommend this company to all of our family and friends for their pets.

I secured Embrace for my now 6 month old puppy and have had two occasions to submit claims. On both occasions communications regarding status were prompt and timely and the claim was paid according to the policy parameters. Customer service staff are knowledgeable and helpful.

Wonderful Company!
Our dog was diagnosed with IBD in 2011. Since then Pets Best has been WONDERFUL!! It was difficult to get him stabilized initially and he was in and out of vet offices. He is stable now and Pets Best has not only been quick with claims, but also very kind every time I have called. I always recommend Pets Best to friends.

Fantastic Company!
Pets Best has been fantastic! They are extremely prompt on payment on claims. They are more expensive than some companies, but they reimburse so much more. My 19 year old cat recently passed away and I submitted the claim for the cremation. Not only did they promptly pay it, the took care of cancelling my policy without me having to make that difficult phone call. And they sent me a nice card. I strongly recommend this company. They're worth the extra cost!
