I wish they were my health insurance company
Trupanion Is amazing to say the least 10++++I asked around and all vets said they were the only company worth having. My pom puppy just had major surgery they approved my claim on july 4th, always there to answer questions, so nice, helpful. They are truley a breath of fresh air.

Claim was user friendly, prompt action!
I was surprised at how quickly my claim was handled and how quickly the check came! The customer follow up was prompt and friendly and not rushed. I am so impressed I'm putting insurance on my other dog.

Worst Company Ever
Trupanion = Tru Scam Artists! $40 on a $490 claim! You should be ashamed of yourself! Then they have some disrespectful person from their center call who wont even let me say a word...just wants to argue with me! Again, I will happily be putting on all websites how you do business as well as have filed a complaint against you with the BBB as you should have a D Rating! I am sure there are better companies out there who don't try to scam you once you finally have a claim.

Impeccable, honest and friendly service
I never thought I would ever write a positive, glowing review of an insurance company. But, Trupanion, much to their credit, is not typical of others in their industry. Now, any insurance firm is in business to make a profit and -- understandably -- wishes to retain as much of their clients' premium paying investment as possible. No argument there. However, some firms employ less than altogether ethical methods of hanging onto their funds. Trupanion is different. From the outset, we were treated in a fair, friendly and caring manner. Communication, established within minutes of claim filing, was frequent, warm and efficient. Claim settlement was very quick and just as contracted. Our experience with Trupanion was so good that I sometimes wonder if the company is actually the home-based enterprise of a philanthropic pet lover rather than a profit hungry business person. I recommend Trupanion highly and hope this endorsement will help them recruit more clients. Trupanion deserves to prosper!

highly disappoonted
Paid premiums for almost a decade. Never made a claim then one day we did. and they told us that we were not covered, we got screwed over even after paying in over $7000 in premiums .I am just going to put the money in an account and if its needed its there. hopefully we will not need it.
