Excellent insurance company!
My dog chew on something hard and damaged his tooth, exposed root canal. Had to take him to dentist for surgery to do root canal and fix broken tooth. Healthy Paws Pet Insurance took care of it. After submitting claim, I got reimbursement check within a week. They are always fast and never had any issues with claims. Excellent service! Always recommend them to my friends who are looking for pet insurance.

Considerate and very quick response
I mailed the claim to Trupanion and about 3 days later I got an email confirming that they received the claim. Then within 2 days they notified me that the claim was approved and a cheque was in the mail. It was. Trupanion is considerate of your concern for your pet and having the pet insurance certainly makes it easier about decisions regarding health costs and vet bills when your pet is not well. What more could I ask from my pet insurance.

Unexpected Illness
Our German Shepherd was vomiting and couldn't eat or keep down water. It was very clear she had the stomach bug and was dehydrated. We landed at the vets and $600 later home again with the hopes for a speedy recovery. I submitted my bill to Trupanion. It was our first time we never had pet insurance before. They were WONDERFUL, HELPFUL, CURTIOUS! I could not have had a better experience. With in weeks I had a check in the mail. Thank you!

Unexpected Illness

Fantastic Service
I've had Embrace for three pets for the last year and a half. They have been fantastic. They've been prompt with claims and have kept me updated during the process. I have access to all my pets claims, reimbursements, remaining coverage, etc. on their website. They've been very pleasant and professional when I've contacted them, and truly seem to have our best interest at heart.

Highly recommended! !!
Unfortunately every now and then, theres some unexpected expenditures as a pet owner. Recently, our cat Clifford, ingested an unusual object that got stuck in his intestines. After surgery, and a couple nights at the vet, he was back to his normal ruckus, and thanks to trupanion, we weren't broke! We submitted our claim and a day later recieved notice that our claim was approved, and a check had been sent! I would reccomend trupanion to any pet owner.
