Peace of Mind
We've been with Healthy Paws a year now and they have had the opportunity to help us a few times. Very grateful for their assistance with our family's veterinary care. Filing a claim is easy to do with their app and they are very responsive, quick and painless. The last incident they covered included surgery to remove a foreign body after our doberman started vomiting Knowing that they were there to help kept us from worrying about money so we could do what was best for our dog. Grateful to have her home and recovering well and so glad all our pets are covered by Healthy Paws.

Claim decision
Not sure how I am supposed to see the claim decision.The pet in question is now deceased, so you have taken him off the portal. Also, I have not seen anything in writing about the claim decision. It would be nice to get some sort of an update, other than assuming that you have denied the claim

Pet's Best has been so helpful for me. I have a Lab, who thinks he is a truck! I have only submitted 2 claims so far, and they have been quick and painless. I wish human insurance was this easy! I have received payment in a timely fashion and am VERY satisfied with the service and attention I have received from Pet's Best! Trupanion is the best!
Thank you so much for being there for us. Abby was limping for two weeks. Turned out she has osteosarcoma. Given our options we decided on amputation of her leg. That same day I called Trupanion. They were kind, caring and so helpful instructing me on what I had to do. The next day the claims process had begun. On day two we had approval for the surgery. A week after the surgery we had our insurance check to pay the vet. Now on to chemo. It is wonderful to find a company that stands behind its policy. Thank you so much. Nancy, Alan and Abby
