Very Grateful for ASPCA Insurance
I bought ASPCA insurance for my lab when he started eating things he shouldn't (anything!) and ended up at the vet with stomach issues. This insurance was wonderful to have after a trip to the emergency vet on a Sunday morning. Last year, right before he turned two, he started having spells where he was seeing flies and snapping at them; the doctor's think it's a form of seizure and he's on two different medications. Because I have the full coverage on Rambo the monthly medication is covered as well. The claims are easy to file and the reimbursement check is sent within a few weeks. Anytime I've ever talked to anyone from ASPCA insurance they have been very friendly and helpful. One of the best purchases I've made.

Wow, Healthy Paws!
My dog Jackson needed surgery on his elbow and shoulder. I can't say enough good about Healthy paw. The ease of the claims to the excellent customer service. I am beyond happy that I decided to insure Jackson!

Outstanding company
My Brittany was a rescue dog,we got him when he was 2 years old. He is the best dog I ever had,a great little boy. Unfortunately he has some medical problems Epilepsy, Hypothyroidism and now Necrotizing pancreatitis all within the last two years. Healthy Paws has been very fast to settle a claim,they have never questioned a claim I have submitted. Without a doubt Healthy Paws is the best. If you are looking for insurance for your pet look no further.

Cattail and Simon say thank you
I got pet insurance for Simon and Cattail 10 years ago. After having a cat with vaccine associated sarcoma, I wanted to make sure my cats had insurance in case of a serious illness. They're basically very healthy cats. Cattail had an injury to his paw which required multiple visits. The customer service people were very helpful and even called back to see how Cattail was doing

Good value for good coverage
My oldest cat has had a couple of medical incidents that were very costly. The ASPCA insurance paid a substantial amount of two very expensive vet treatments/surgery in the past 5 years.

Gone downhill
We have 4 dogs. We used to be very happy with this insurance plan. At last renewal, our premiums literally doubled and every claim is denied. What they classify as wellness vs. illness is interesting to say the least. The claim process has considerably (underline this word) slowed. And the website does not allow you to update or add to a claim. It gives you the tabs, but they don't work. I have tried numerous times. Pets Best will be losing our business when the policy comes up for renewal. There are many other companies out there with much better coverage.

My cat has better insurance than i do
I would never be without this insurance. Each time I had to use it, they handled it very smoothly. My cat has digestive issues and pancrease issues and without this insurance, I don't know what i would do. This is a must have.

Excellent Service
Coincidentally right after I purchased pet insurance my Golden was diagnosed with Golden Retriever Pigmentary Uveitis (GRPU). It causes glaucoma and if detected late may cause loss of vision. I had no knowledge of this disease which is genetic in nature and seems to be spread from puppy mills. I rescued my Golden from a puppy mill and a cruel owner who died. My Golden will have his left eye removed in April. We are hoping to save his right eye.Just a heads up to Golden owners to have routine eye checkups by a Vet Opthalmologist if they suspect a problem or their dog comes from a mill.Finally, thanks to Embrace for great service and for covering my expenses.
