Best. Pet. Insurance. Ever!
I did my research prior to signing up with Healthy Paws; they had the best types of coverage by far. I've learned early on that they live up to my very high expectations. My Frenchie puppy, Hugo, woke up very sick one morning-after a day in the hospital with many xrays and lab tests, and 3 weeks of recovery, I finally have my little clown dog back in great health. Healthy Paws was one of the only bright spots during this entire experience. They processed my claim quickly and efficiently. They even sent me an email checking in to see how Hugo was doing! Who does that anymore? I can't recommend Healthy Paws highly enough!

Definitely the best pet insurance
My 1-year-old husky puppy was diagnosed inherited cataracts a month ago, he lost almost all his vision just in 3 weeks. The doctor told me that he needed a surgery asap. It was a big surgery, and very expensive. I actually know some of the dog owners who didn't buy pet insurance decided to not to do the surgery because they couldn't afford it, and their dogs had to suffer from the blindness. I filed several claims related to the surgery which included pre-exmination fee, and post-medication fee. The bills were big, but healthy paws processed all those claims in 1-3 days, and I received the reimbursement checks less than a week after the surgery.Not every pet insurance covers cataract surgery as well as inherited diseases, but healthy paw does, and I can't say enough how grateful I am about their fast costumer service. They truly care about their customers and their furry little ones. After the surgery Healthy paws also sent me a warm email asking how my dog is recovering from the surgery. What my dog and I went through was certainly not easy for us, but healthy paws tried their best to support us, and I really appreciate it. Now My dog got his visions back, and I'm the happiest dog mom in the world.

Warm, caring lifesaver!
My dog had a severe allergic reaction to accidently ingested peanuts and stopped breathing! We rushed him to our vet who ran inside with him to attempt resussitation. After the 20 longest minutes of our life, she returned him to us. But his breathing was labored. She advised us that he needed overnight care at the local, (extraordinarily expensive) Animal Hospital in case he stopped breathing again. In view of the expense, she also suggested we could stay up all night with him, offering to show us how to resusitate him. We knew we could afford the safest, best treatment because we had the best pet insurance in the world: TruePanion. Not only did you respond promptly to claims filed by both our vet and the animal hospital, saving us from financial hardship, but he did stop breathing again during the night, so you helped to save his life, by allowing us to pursue the best medical care for the love of our life! Thank you Trupanion. We love you.

I am extremely happy with Healthy Paws. Not only did they process my claim quickly, they ever followed up to see how my cat, Diego was doing. He had to go back to the vet due to a urinary tract infection and the second claim is being processed after submitting it only yesterday. Great customer service and follow-up!!

LOVE LOVE HEALTHY PAWS!!
I can't say enough about Healthy Paws! They are absolutely a pleasure every time I have put in a claim. Last week, our two year old lab was at the vet for an emergency situation where they suspected an abdominal blockage based on her symptoms. Thank goodness after many tests including x-rays, blood work and ultrasound, they determined that she did not have an obstruction that would require surgery! Without Healthy Paws, I would not have been able to get Charli the care and prescription medication she needed when she was sick. Not only did Healthy Paws check on Charli after she was home, they have already reimbursed me for 90% of the cost. Yes, that's right...I already received my check in the mail, less than a week later! Thank you Healthy Paws! I have referred many friends and they are all happy too!

Ginger, my beautiful White American Shepherd
My Ginger was a rescue, she was a small pup in an area in LA called Antelope Valley. She was a six week old pup and just a ball of fluff. She is adorable. She also has a few problems, popped her knee, at three and developed allergies. Now that she is 7, she is doing really well. She has some physcal problems and Embrace has been there every bit of the way. I could care less about how much I am getting reimbursed, what is important to me, is the policy is transparent. I walk around and try to get everyone to sign up, pass out cards all the time, because so many other policy holders of other programs don't know what they are insured for... Just saying! And, this is not my first pup with Embrace!!!

Thank you - my dog is recovering from pneumonia
My little dog Tyra had come down with pneumonia and required around the clock care at an emergency hospital. Thanks to Embrace insurance a large part of the medical cost were covered. I compared all the pet insurance plans and selected Embrace as being a good balance of cost and coverage. I couldn't have made a better choice then to go with Embrace. I have told my friends and family about Embrace and my experience.

Thank Goodness for Trupanion
Our 2 year old cat Boo was attacked by my sisters' 2 Irish Wolfhounds on July 5th 2014. Boo then spent 2 months at our local vet clinic. She had 3 surgeries, did not eat for over 45 days living via a stomach tube but finally came home in early September. She was emaciated, bald all over and exhausted. The cost was over $10,000. Trupanion was with us every step of the way with prompt email updates, payment directly to the vet and even a refund check at one point. I spoke to them once on the phone and the rep was kind and helpful otherwise, we had to do almost nothing. Honestly I have never had such an easy, satisfying insurance experience, especially considering the cost and that it was for a cat! If we did not have insurance, my plump healthy cat would not be sitting on my lap making it hard for me to type this and purring right now. There is no way we could have afforded to save her. I would recommend Trupanion to any pet owner.
