Great Service
The process of allowing the animal clinic to direct bill Trupanion instead of paying out of pocket and waiting for reimbursement by mail is a definite step forward. Trupanion was very timely to respond with an estimate of coverage and once submitted, the clinic received authorization and payment quickly. This is a great insurer and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

Greatly Satisfied
My two pekinese in many ways have better health care than I do thanks to VPI. I am totally satisfied with my experience with VPI. Honestly, probablely would not be able to afford the care these animals have needed if they were not insured with VPI. Hope to continue with their services . I can't imagine someone not being satisfied with the excellent service VPI provides. I've even thought that, too bad I could not get health care similar to this model of service.

I love VPI
I've had VPI for several of my dogs since 2005. Always have had good experiences with them and their customer service. I own Boxers and they spend a LOT of time at the vets and I've always felt I've been reimbursed fairly and quickly. I recommend VPI highly.

I am very pleased with Embrace Insurance. I have had them now for the past two years and have been fortunate to never having to use them. That all changed this year, my cat Teddy injured his tail. I know that any one who has a pet would do whatever it takes to make them better to almost no end. Sometimes that can be costly, and can make you feel like you are underwater with no where to go. But not me. No, thanks to Embrace, quick claim response and awesome sauce customer service I was able to do what was needed to make my cat feel better. I cannot say enough good things about you all at Embrace. I have been telling all my friends with pets, you cannot go wrong with Embrace. Go on, let them Embrace you!

Unfortunately my puppy (Sully) like most loves to taste test EVERYTHING! Earlier this week I noticed her appetite decreasing and vomiting started, immediately we went to the vet. To make a long story short after what seemed like a lifetime of back and forth visits and testing at the vet, we discovered a foreign object inside of her. She ended up having a major surgery last Tuesday and I ended up with a $3700.00 vet bill. Truepanion has been a life saver for me and my baby Sully. I've received regular emails with updates on Sully's claims and in lease than 1 week Trupanion has already started paying them. Their emails and customer service representatives are extremely personable, always acknowledging Sully throughout the conversations. My animals are my family and Trupanion understands that! Because of their fast turn around on claims and kindhearted staff I couldn't be happier with my choice for pet insurance. Thank you Trupanion for making this difficult time a little easier and stress free for Sully and I.
