Best decision i made with my pups
I have had the very best experiences with embrace from the minute i signed up. I love how everyone i speak with is kind and helpful. And the claims turn around quickly. If i have a question there are very responsive and helpful.

BEWARE They may sell your policy to Odie
They sold our policy to Odie and said that everything would stay the same. Anything covered under the ManyPets policy would still be covered under Odie and not a pre-existing condition. The first claim with Odie was denied because they considered it a pre-existing condition. I'm super frustrated with both companies!

Never before was I reimbursed for annual visits to the vet, TILL NOW !!!
Last month I switched from another company to Embrace Pet Insurance, because I wanted to see if I had the best price and most comprehensive policy. As it turned out, I wasn’t. With Embrace, now I am, & paying less for the same policy, PLUS, now she has a Wellness Plan. The Wellness Plan covers yearly vaccinations, medications, & even grooming, up to how much you choose. Never before have we gotten reimbursed for all this. It all came out of pocket, but never back in. Today, I brought my service dog, Sandy Rose, to get her 10,000 mile (yearly) check-up and vaccinations. Knowing how much check-ups, vaccinations, & monthly heartworm meds and tick/flee drops cost, I got the $500 Wellness Plan. I submitted the claim online, which covered nearly everything. And, because I got from the vet 12 months of tick/flee chewables, there was a significant rebate. All tolled, I am getting reimbursed EVERYTHING!!! For Sandy Rose’s visit, I’m not paying a penny. And, since I set-up Direct Deposit with Embrace, instead of waiting 2 weeks for a check to come in the mail, I’ll be getting reimbursed in 2 Days. That’s Amazing!!! I’m sure glad I decided to check out other pet insurance companies and even happier that I went with Embrace. Thank You, Embrace.

A customer service rep excellent!
A customer service rep Fetch pet insurance was very helpful to me today. It is my first time making a claim and is a significant one. In order to make the claim properly, she gave me all of the information that I needed so that I could do it right the first time. This gave me a great sense of relief. Looking forward to continued excellence in service with Fetch.

I adopted 2 corgi puppies
I adopted 2 corgi puppies I spent 3 days researching pet insurance companies. I chose Embrace as the customer service reps were kind and appeared to be knowledgeable. I wanted insurance that wad to begin immediately. Even though embrace wad the most expensive, I was told it was effective immediately. I had already set up apt. With vet for 03/18/2025.,that same day. When I was emailed policy I noticed date effective was listed as 03/20/2025. I called and was put on hold. I was told that the wellness exam begins immediately but illness and injury begins. 03/20/2025. I copied vet bills and emailed them to Embrace. Next day I receive email stati g bills are not clear. Really I can read them. I took another photo of bill and emailed. Today I receive email stating since insurance is not effective until 03/20/25, insurance will not cover wellness. I am paying extra for wellness for both dogs. It appears agents are kind but do not know what is covered and when it begins. This is a scam. I wasted time and am truly aggravated. Do your due diligence before closing any pet insurance. I have requested they reimburse the $252.00 billemy visa. Awaiting responce.

Spot is amazing! They have been so easy to work with. I love their app and it only takes a couple minutes to submit a claim. I get a response within a week. I also like that there is a 24/7 hotline for pet advice.

Many Pets have been great
Many Pets have been great, always processing our sheltie's claims promptly. We are very concerned that Many Pets is leaving the US pet insurance market. Our only option is to transition to Odie when our policy is up for renewal. We researched Odie, and found very poor customer reviews. This is very disappointing!
