Great experience!
I have had my policy for almost a year and unfortunately had to file a claim for my dog. He was injured and also had an infection on top of that. I had to call a few times to ask questions and they were very helpful. I filed my first 3 claims on March 8th and I rcvd word on March 20th, that all 3 claims were approved. I feel like this was a quick process compared to some of the stories I have heard about other insurance companies. The helpfullness of the reps and the speediness of the process helped in this very stress situation.

Disappointed in Nationwide
I initially had Nationwide years ago with reasonable coverage and premiums. Over the years customer service declined, and coverage pricing was a joke. I left the company for better servicing and pricing as I was offered services through work. Since then I switched employers and decided to check out nationwide again…They happily charge two months in advance yet your service doesn’t begin immediately. In addition, they wanted to charge over 3 grand a year for my coverage which I had with them for years. So disappointed in how they are managing this company now. I used to rave about them to other pet parents and even recommended them, can’t say that’s true anymore.

Great Customer Service!
Josh was super helpful in answering all my questions about how the Fetch policy works (I've never had pet insurance before, and there were too many to compare and choose from)! He also let me know if I had any further questions I could ask for him by name, which was really great customer service in my opinion! After all my research and Josh's clear explanation of the policy terms, I feel confident in my decision to go with Fetch. They're one of the only affordable pet insurance companies that doesn't increase rates due to a pet's age, and that was just one of the many reasons I felt Fetch was the best choice.
