far better than we imagined.
healthy paws has been our insurance company since we got our rescue puppy six months ago. and in that time, our dog has undergone x-rays, ultrasounds, mass removals, and countless probes, check-ups, and antibiotics cycles. we expected much of this to actually not be covered by healthy paws. but once we'd gotten beyond our deductible, they've gone above and beyond. we are always reimbursed the percentage we've agreed on, and have saved literally thousands of dollars. the process for submitting claims is simple, answers are fast, and checks arrive in the mail that same week more often than not. and they follow up, asking how your animal is doing. it's the best experience we could imagine, and i recommend them to everyone we meet.

Great Service, Honest, Fast, Reliable
We adopted an Olde English Bulldogge from a reputable breeder and decided to get pet insurance for piece of mind, hoping we wouldn't have to use it. After research we decided to go with Pets Plus Us and we chose the $200 deductible and 90% coverage plan. By 11 weeks old,our puppy developed chronic urinary tract infections that required multiple tests to find the cause. She also developed a cold and eye infection! It seemed like one thing after another that lead to expensive vet visits. It was scary and stressful but Pets Plus Us was the least stressful part! The claims and payment went through incredibly quickly and exactly as described. The customer service is helpful and great. We are very very happy that we chose to go with this company.

Brady is 10 our year old King Charles Cavalier Spaniel. He was diagnosed with a heart murmur approximately 2 years ago. Upon relocating from PA to NJ we naturally switched veterinarians. His new Dr. recommended a complete cardiac work-up including xrays, cardiogram and bloodwork to ascertain the severity of his illness and to determine a treatment plan. I did have the work precertified so I would know exactly what the out-of-pocket expense would be. When the work was done and the invoice submitted, Embrace initially did not pay the amount previously indicated. I immediately called to discuss the situation. The staff was very sympathetic and eager to resolve the situation. Two days later I received an email that they had reviewed the case and would be correcting my refund. I truly appreciate that they lived up to their word.

Very Easy Process
I have had Pets Best Insurance for 2 years and this was the first illness that required me to submit a claim. The process was very straight forward and I could easily track the progress through my customer account on their website. The claim response was detailed and clearly showed the application of my deductible and co-pay amounts. Such a relief to have this insurance and ease of process when I needed to focus on my dog and her care.

Best idea to cover my pup and excellent service.
A friend recommended this company to me and I am so thankful that he did. I therefore am paying it forward hoping other pet owners will benefit from this review. My pup and I were playing a simple game of fetch and he tweeked his ankle. Soon after, he had trouble running, walking, and climbing stairs which led to orthopedic surgery. Because I chose Healthy Paws I was able to give my buddy the medical care he needed. My experience with the company was surprisingly easy and hassle free that I still can't believe it. Furthermore, Healthy Paws should be leading seminars on customer service because they are exceptional in that department. Lastly, the turn around time for claim submission and reimbursement is crazy fast. Ultimately, my dog would still be limping around right now had I not insured him and I'm glad I chose healthy paws to do so. 100% satisfied

Pets Best- true to their word! Great coverage!
Our little Yorkie scared us so badly when his belly expanded to the point we thought his tummy skin was going to burst! We rushed him to a 24 Hr. Emergency Vet office on a weekend night, and they drained 2 liters of liquid out of his belly. Made him feel so much better but still needed testing and care, which our wonderful Vet Doc took care of. However the cost was really up there, but at the time, that really didn't matter. We were just so concerned with our Mickey. However, once he was better, and Christmas was upon us, spending the money we did was really putting a strain on our budget. We are retired with 6 grandkids nearby, and decided we would not let the tight budget stop us from having a great Christmas with our grandkids. We would have to work out the cost when the bills came in January. But Pets Best was there to help! True to their word, they covered a large portion of our Vet bills! Within 10 days of filing our claims, which covered almost 2 weeks of Vet visits and treatments, Pets Best came through with their advertised claim reimbursement. I was able to scan and email all of my vet bills for the 7 different Vet visits and treatments, and Pets Best covered 80% after our $100 deductible. They were GREAT!! The money was back in our bank account within 2 days of notification. They are super professional, so helpful in filing a claim, and informed me of a couple of problems they were having with getting the actual Vet records sent to them. All around an easy process to send the claim in, and the speed with which it was handled was amazing. Thanks so much to everyone at Pets Best. We are so happy we signed up with YOU 7 years ago! Perfect name- PETS BEST is without a doubt THE BEST for pet owners!

Extremely Pleased
I have needed to use our pet insurance on my dog several times throughout the year. I have always received my reimbursement quickly and have never had any issues with my claim. My dog had a very difficult year, and I am so glad I had Pets Best Insurance for him. The ease of submitting my claims on the internet is fantastic. I have had ASPCA pet insurance for 9 years for my cocker spaniel. Through out that entire time I have been extremely pleased with the service on my insurance. I am always informed of the status of my claim and receive quick reimbursement. I have never had to question the reimbursement at any time. It is always fair and as indicated in the policy.
