Great coverage
My dog, Buddy, was vomiting for several days and it turned into aspiration pneumonia from the vomiting. He required multiple vet visits, x-rays, medication and even a hospital stay. Embrace turned the claims around quickly and covered all of the claims. A representative even reached out to me to see how Buddy was doing. A very nice, caring touch.

Peace of Mind for Denali
Denali is a young male dog and he had severe dental problems, pain, extreme bad breath, loss of appetite, redness and swelling in his mouth for no apparent reason. We had his teeth cleaned (they didn't look so bad) and a tooth removed and thought he was done. His problems recurred soon after. Ultimately he was diagnosed with what is called C.U.P.S. (Chronic Ulcerative Paradental Stomatitis) and it is sort of an autoimmune disease and is not breed specific. Getting the diagnosis was expensive but worth it, he is on continuous medications and is doing well.

Terrific service and always pleasant to talk to
We have two dogs now that have been on the plans for over 3 years now. I would say almost once a year we have some reason that we need to go to the vet other than a normal care visit. My dogs are a bit rambunctious and like to get into things. Every time we go it is great knowing that whatever it is, we just take care of it, without worrying about the cost( within reason) just like having insurance for us, I feel like it makes the decision about going to the vet easier and makes me and my dogs happier!

We are incredibly grateful for Embrace!
This has been a difficult year for our oldest dog, 8-yr old Mater, Goldendoodle and master Therapy Dog. In the course of the year he has developed first thrombocytopenia, then a few months later tore a canine cruciate ligament, four weeks later developed immune-mediated hemolytic anemia and a few weeks later ruptured the other cruciate ligaments! I don't know how we could have taken the care of him that he deserved without Embrace! They have been helpful and responsive with every question that we had. His physical therapy was covered and the very expensive medications he has needed have been covered as well. We have three dogs, and haven't needed much in the past, but this year has made us grateful for having signed up for it and choosing Embrace.

Very thankful for Healthy Paws!
Our sweet Golden Retriever mix has had a string of bad luck! Two ACL tears within a few months apart!! We are so thankful that we have Healthy Paws Pet Insurance...as these are quite expensive surgeries that also require follow up care and rehabilitation. Knowing that we have insurance eases the burden and frees us up to focus on her recovery and to get her the best care possible. She will be back in action in no time! And thanks to Healthy Paws for making the claims process so easy!

Our dog became very sick with pancreatitis. The vet bill was e-mailed to Healthy Paws after the treatment and we received a check from them within few days. Very efficient. We are definitely recommending this pet insurance to all our friends.

Worth Every Penny
With the icy winter in New England this year it proved to be a bad combination for our 9 y/o Puggle. Typically the 'rock' of our two dogs she has never got sick or needed surgery.. until this year. She slipped on the ice and did some damage to her knee which required major knee surgery. All through the process we submitted our invoices through the website and after we submitted the final surgery invoice we had a approval from the claims department that the check was in the mail - under 3 days from submitting! We've had Healthy Paws for over 5 years with both our dogs. We tell people about Healthy Paws all the time and even though some people think we are crazy for having pet insurance... between this surgery on our Puggle and the hospitalizations for our 12 y/o Pug over the past few years it has proved to be the best thing we could possibly do for our dogs (and our peace of mind). Cannot speak highly enough about Healthy Paws!

Easy efficient helpful
We absolutely love having Embrace Insurance. Being able to provide care to your family member (pet) and not worrying about finances is more than anyone can ask for. If you have a pet and do not have Embrace Insurance I cannot encourage you to sign up for it enough. Know that there is an insurance company that actually cares.
