The BEST customer service
Although we've been happy with the actual insurance coverage (for the past 2 years), we've found that they provide the absolute best customer service for any other company we're doing any sort of business with. I will say they're probably tied with REI, but both are way above just about everyone else. Our calls have always been answered quickly, and the staff members are the most pleasant, attentive and caring.

Best for English Bulldogs
I've had other insurance companies that denied claims for English Bulldogs due to breed specific issues. My dog had a claim and I received reimbursement before the credit card statement even came in. Embrace was excellent to deal with and followed-up with emails checking in on my dog.

Well worth the expense!
My youngest of 3 Chihuahuas has had many issues. At his yearly exam in January, the vet found his heart murmur to have worsened, as had his luxating patella. He also had a broken tooth that needed to be pulled. As a result, Rey had to get an ultrasound of his heart before undergoing anaesthesia, dental surgery then knee surgery. The wellness portion of his plan covered his yearly exam, and the rest was covered at 80% once my $300 deductible was met. The ultrasound and 2 surgeries totalled nearly $3,800! This insurance has more than paid for itself in just the last 2 months. Claims were reviewed in a timely manner, and reimbursement was received quickly. I highly recommend Embrace!

Healthy Paws has been a god send!
Just a few months after purchasing pet insurance for our dog, she ruptured her hind right ACL. I don't know how we would have paid for her nearly $3000.00 surgery to repair her leg. I am so thankful to healthy paws for the quick response and reimbursement of 90% of our bill after our $100.00 deductible.They were super helpful and pleasant to deal with. I would recommend them to anyone who loves their pet! I don't think I could have had a better experience with insurance and they made a horrible injury within our reach to repair on our young dog.

SO Grateful for Healthy Paws Pet Insurance!
I cannot count the times that I have been SO grateful for Healthy Paws Pet Insurance. I have two American Bulldogs who are insured and I cannot express in words what a great company this is! I highly recommend them to everyone I know and many of my friends and neighbors have joined after seeing and hearing from me about this company. It's so easy to use and they pay you within DAYS after you file your claim. I purchased the 90% coverage and am SO grateful that I was smart enough to do so. I'll never have another pet without Healthy Paws Pet Insurance! And that's a guarantee! You can trust this company and you WILL recommend them after you use them.
