Best Insurance Program Around
We have had insurance through Healthy Paws for our dog for a little over 2 years now and I could not have asked for a better insurance company. Not only did they accept our dog, who was a senior at the time of enrollment, at a very low premium, but they have never given us a hassle on any claims submitted. Our dog has been to vet over 15 times in the past 2 years for UTIs and other urinary issues and we have never had a claim denied. They are very quick with processing claims and have great/ friendly customer service reps. There are no limitations on cumulative claims, which has been a life saver for us. Thanks Healthy Paws!

I have four of my five pets with Trupanion, and if my fifth hadn't been diagnosed with a condition I would switch her too. They respond to my emails, answer my questions and even issue my refunds very quickly (3-5 days, direct deposit). What I like even more is that its so easy to manage- no caps, no pay out limits- just 90% coverage less the exams. As a veterinary employee I strongly recommend Trupanion to my friends, family, and clients.

Helpful and Responsive
Boxer (our Bull Terrier) broke a tooth playing tug-of-war which caused the pulp to be exposed. After the vet visit, we submitted our first claim to Embrace. Embrace claims representatives were helpful and responsive to all of our questions and/or concerns. We had a great initial experience and look forward to a lasting partnership with Embrace.

Greetings,We recently got pet insurance for our 10 year old Lab, Abigail. Only a few months after gaining insurance, we ran into some potential health problems that needed attention. We were initially disappointed to learn that a portion of the process would not be covered. Best Decision I've every made
In late 2014 I took Embrace Policies out on my two 7 year old pugs. Two months after taking out the policy my female developed diabetes and became 70% blind within a matter of days, and just recently had to have cataract surgery in both eyes. With Embrace the decision to provide a good quality of life for here was easy. The claims have been paid promptly relieving the financial stress.

Update Pets Best Insurance
So far so good with Pets Best and their new ways of doing things. I have an elderly dog and am conservative but he has had many issues. So far I have not had an issue. So far they have been just as good as the other companies I have delt with who in the past did seem much more prone to pay claims.But you can be sure knowing and understanding how all this works, I will let everyone know what happens in the future. I get more confident each year that they are living up to their new claims and are as reliable as the other companies. I feel it is important the public know and reviews with follow ups are important. So when they buy insurance they have an accurate idea what to expect. So far my dog is older, he has had some major issues and they have paid. Will keep updating.
