Fantastic Experience
I have only great things to say about Embrace. My dog was diagnosed with cancer in his right front leg which required an amputation. Obviously this was a traumatic event for us all but the only part of this whole ordeal which went along seamlessly was the insurance claims process. My calls were answered professionally and compassionately. Claims were submitted and I received emails about the status of each. I received numerous updates and payment was received within 2 weeks. I could not be happier with Embrace, their customer service or their product. I would HIGHLY recommend this company as they have exceeded every one of my expectations

My year old Labrador was diagnosed with bilateral bone chips in his elbows. Healthy Paws made the process easy and care free, and were truly a joy to deal with. After receiving the check to cover the surgery I then received an email checking in on the well being of my dog. If you are looking for a Pet Insurance company Healthy Paws is the only way to go!

So far so good for ASPCA Pet Insurance
I am surprised at the amount of coverage I have for so little I pay each month. I am sure glad I had this coverage when my cat, Mya, came down with Feline Asthma. We have taken her to the vet several times, trying to figure out what was wrong. The vet bills would definitely have set us back if we didn't have pet insurance. Before choosing ASPCA, I was having a hard time finding a good insurance company for a decent premium. I decided to try them and do not regret it. We will be staying with ASPCA for a long while.

The Best!
My German Shepherd, Carly was diognosed with carcinoma about two months ago. She had surgery to remove a tumor from her jaw and began a series of 16 radiation treatments shortly after. Our next step will be chemotherapy. Healthy Paws has been amazing. I honestly don't know how we'd get through this process without them. I can't say enough about this company.

Good overall
Hi, I've been happy with Embrace--I've had my two cats covered for 8 years. My experience thus far was that the first claim was accidentally rejected but then covered by them once I called. Since then everything covered within the policy has been covered at the 80% level. What I don't like is that you have to pre-pay everything, and what I REALLY don't like is that you can't call in to pay the annual premium, the only option is an auto-deduct payment system. As the cats age it gets more expensive and this is ridiculous! I hope they can fix this and also lower costs overall as more people opt for pet insurance. Also I think that dental should be covered within the basic plan--what is more basic than dental care?! I feel the same way about insurance for humans--it should cover dental without extra cost!
