Great service
I don't know how I would be able to afford my bulldogs care if it wasn't for Trupanion. They provide refunds in a quick manner and I've never had to dispute a claim. Costume service is also great, always just a phone call away to answer any question you might have. I highly recommend!

Embrace is the BEST!!!!
I have been with Embrace for 6 years. They are truly the BEST! They pay their claims in a timely matter. Just took Roxy (My Dog) in for her Annual Checkup and had an ear issue at the same time. Within 10 Days I had my claim taken care of and paid. Love this company!

Embrace has stepped up big time!
Our three year old Labrador retriever contracted Blastomycosis which is a serious fungal infection of the lungs. His treatment plan is very expensive and could last for 6 months. Embrace has been with us every step of the way ... diagnosis, X-rays, antigen tests and very expensive medications. The Embrace Reps are very knowledgable and compassionate. Honestly do not know how we could get through this with the team at Embrace.

7 dogs, 7 policies!
I have researched and researched pet health insurance. I have started to run my labrador's in Hunt Tests. I have 7 of them. They run hard, and I never know what is out in the field. Everyone looks to make sure the area's are safe, but no place is absolutely dog safe. I called Healthy Paws Pet Insurance. I talked to Ryan. He was so helpful. I have a unique situation because I have 4 dogs that stay close by me but at a trainers, and 3 dogs that live full time with me. Ryan explained everything to me. We must have been on the phone for at least 45minutes to an hour. Ryan went over all the different deductibles, all the different coverages, explained to me how different ages of the dogs affected the insurance. He was really wonderful. What I really liked was that Ryan actually tried to sell me a less expensive policy! What a shock that was! I was also impressed by the fact that there is no maximum to coverage do to an accident. Other insurances, that I have researched put a cap on the amount that they would cover for certain accidents. I have not made a claim yet, and hopefully I won't have to, but if Ryan is any indication of customer service, I expect the transactions will go smoothly.

Figo Claim Process
My claim was submitted, a day or so later, I received an email saying my claim was being processed and then 2 days later, I received another email stating the claim was taken care of! And THEN I received a get well card in the mail to check on my pup! Very Classy! So refreshing from previous pet insurance companies! Even better then human health insurance companies lol! Thanks Figo! Really took the worry out of a very upsetting and stressful situation!

I LOVE Trupanion. I've had other pet insurance companies before but Trupanion is leaps and bounds above all the others. Their policy is easy to understand, no hidden catches, and has the best coverage. Their customer service reps are kind, helpful and knowledgeable! A rarity these days. I've had several dogs with expensive complicated medical issues requiring treatment by several providers and Trupanion does what they say...they have paid 90% of my out of pocket costs, and QUICKLY! I had a check from Trupanion for my dog's surgery a week after I brought her home. I have recommended them to my family and friends, something I NEVER do! I have such peace of mind knowing they are behind me if my pets have an accident or get sick.

Pets Best is Excellent Pet Insurance
My experience with Pets Best has been very positive. I have submitted claims via snail mail and have filled out the claim forms and up-loaded receipts which was easy. PB kept me up-to-date with my claim status. The only reason that I give them a 9 instead of a 10 is that you have to be sure that the vet's billing is perfect. If there is one error, even if there are receipts to back up the claim, the claim will be denied and the denial letters are not very specific to the claim. Otherwise, PB is fantastic!
