Trupanion handled our very expensive claim with no hassle or delay. When there was a small glitch with a pre approval they phoned us twice to explain exactly what was going on. Positive experience during a very stressful time.

Best decision I ever made!
Honestly, trupanion was the best decision I ever made when it came to my bulldog. She recently tore her CCL. Trupanion was able to cover 90% and I had the check in a week. You guys are amazing! Thank you for allowing me to give the care my dog deserves!!

My 8yr old fur baby was diagnosed with cancer all I can say is thank you to trupanion for being amazing with the claims. I am sure if we didn't have trupanion we would have maxed out all our credit cards paying for the over $16,000 in vet bills.

These folks are AWESOME!
My 2 year old cat needed hip surgery and it was quite expensive. I submitted the claim to Healthy Paws on a Thursday evening, and received a check covering 90% of the expense the following Monday. I have also had occasion to call a couple of times, and have spoken to very caring, considerate, professional, compassionate, and helpful people. They help make pet ownership even more of a pleasure than it already is!

Trupanion Rocks With Five Stars
I had never considered pet insurance but when my year old labradoddle accidentally injested some medication from my purse and I had a $1100.00 visit to the veterinary emergency room, I signed up. It was the best decision. Several months later, my dog developed seizures which turned out to be a brain tumor. Thanks to Trupanion, we have been able to seek the best care including radiation and brain surgery. Had it not been been for Trupanion this dog would no longer be part of our family. They have promptly covered all of his expenses at the rates associated with his policy with no questions. Our dog remains a valued member of our family thanks to Trupanion. I have encouraged all my animal loving friends to sign up. You never know when you are going to need insurance and it has literally made the difference in this dog's life. BRAVO Trupanion.

Trupanion was wonderful during a very stressful time
Trupanion was wonderful during a very stressful time when my sweet golden retriever had emergency surgery for an abdominal mass they covered exactly what they had said 90 percent of actual charges, they were efficient and subsequent claims for ongoing treatment were approved within 12 hours. Because of Trupanion I can provide for Sasha for whatever she needs.

The BEST coverage for your pet hands down
I had only been with Trupanion for 6 months. Then my puppy ran into a problem and had to go to the ER. Through the whole ordeal which included surgery and a few days in the hospital the only thing Trupanion said was "Do whatever your pet needs to take care of him." I can not tell you enough how AWESOME it is to hear a insurance company actually act like an insurance company should with their only concern for my pets health.
