Excellent service!!
Our 11 months old puppy had to go through a extrahepatic liver shunt. Trupanion took care of all the tests and surgery right away and the hospital was able to charge them directly over $9.000,00, leaving us only with the extra costs and percentages to cover. We could not have done it with out TRUPANION. Best insurance ever!! We definitely recommended!! Thank you TRUPANION!

Best Pet Insurance By Far!
I have had trupanion for my dachshund, Max, for 3 years now. They have always covered 90% of the bills for any problems he has had. They are fair, quick with claims, and even quicker with payment. I love them because you can choose your deductible, and they are not prejudice about breed specific health problems. Absolutely love the company!

Outstanding Service!
We shopped around for Pet insurance over several months for our two Newfoundlands. We looked at the pros and cons of every major Pet Insurance company there is. We finally settled on Embrace and could not be happier. We held our breath when we submitted our first claim - waiting for small print to catch up with us. It never happened. We were treated so well and the claim was processed and paid quickly. The communication is consistent and they keep you informed of the status through the entire process. Will always keep this pet insurance
i will always keep my pet insurance as you can never know what will happen. my baby had a floating kneecap and had to have surgery. this is very expensive. with all the stress of what she was going thru and my stress for her, i was so relieved that at least i was being helped finacially. thank you always for your kindness and concern.

My dog suffers from ear infections which until recently we didn't know were caused by allergies. During this time we were paying for vet visits that ranged from $100-$300 and all were covered by Trupanion. Once we found out it was an allergy issue we asked for an allergy test which costs $400, I was pleasantly surprised when Trupanion not only covered this test but paid us within a week. Their claims process is so easy and fast and have never had an issue. Currently I have both my dogs on the policy and have had great customer service and experiences highly recommend!
