Kindness for our loss of Mocha

I am grateful for ASPCA Insurance. My cats Mocha and Espresso are my boyzzz. Very special to me and very sweet. Feb 28th I Mocha passed away. He had been ill for several years and a fighter always with good disposition. He always remained loving and kind through his sickness. Feb 28th I came home and he had passed away. Before I left he showed no signs of dying always strong and loving. A very difficult time for me and his brother Espresso. Friends immediately came over to help me bury him and plant a little garden for him. Espreesso has been having a difficult time with the loss of his brother and has been sick. Over the few months Espresso and I have been healing and doing much better. Espresso's health improving. ASPCA and my appologies my I am not rememberning his name called shortly after Mocha died with condolances. He is very sweet and what a surprise to have an insurance company call and check in on Espresso and I to see how we are doing. Human insurance companies have never done that for any of my family losses. Recently he phoned again to check in on Espresso and see how he was healing and if his sickness is improving. Espresso and I are doing better and Espresso's health is improving. Espresso also a fighter like his brother Mocha and always sweet and loving no matter how good or bad he is feeling that day. Happily, I have a wonderful Doctor for Mocha and Espresso and their hospital and staff so sweet and caring, as well. Espresso is beating his sickness and improving everyday.Thank you ASPCA for always quickly processing thier claims and helping me with the costs.nAnytime I call in for help understanding claims, best way to process, and reviewing insurance before renewals the person speaking to is patient, understanding and very helpful. So glad I have ASPCA insurance for my kiddos. Cynthia

Great insurance!

Speed of claim processing, I'd rate as 10. Additional Wellness Addendum to my insurance---very useful program that acts as a pet savings account to ensure I have a little cash when the dogs need their heart worm/flea preventative. I'd rate that as a 10. Communication of claim status is rated as a 10. Overall---when comparing this insurance to another insurance I had previously---this was cheaper per month and covered a very wide variety of ailments, including hip dysphasia. A great value for a little piece of mind.

Great service and follow-up

After our Bichon Frise tore his cruciate ligament, ASPCA Pet Insurance reimbursed us quickly for the initial visit, the surgery and the followups, and with minimal red tape. We're greatful for the policy and will be renewing with the added wellness coverage this year.

Healthy Paws is the best!

Healthy Paws made it possible for my kitty to have the best of care when she needed major abdominal surgery. Filing was easy with the phone app, and I received reimbursement within 24 hours! My baby girl is now home and back to her old self.

Best thing I ever did

I am so glad that I took my vet's advice and got Trupanion. I have had a couple of issues with my dog, Stoli, that have made having trupanion essential!! Coverage is fast and efficient and has helped me to provide proper care for my Dog in an emergency situation!

Cotton Was Given a Better Life

I adopted Cotton after she was rescued from a puppy mill. Her exact age was never known, but I had a feeling that she might eventually have some health issues so I decided to get pet insurance. Cotton was fine the first couple of years, but later developed several issues. She was finally diagnosed with Diabetes Insipidus, had spinal issues, and, at one point, had pancreatitis and was hospitalized for a week. My vet believed that she was probably several years older than initially thought. After spending 5 loving years with me, in April, 2016, her back legs suddenly became paralyzed. Cotton spent three days in specialized vet services until I brought her home. Her little body finally gave out and she was sent across the Rainbow Bridge. I could never have afforded her extensive care without the support of Pets Best. Thank you so very much.

Pets Best is great!

Our dog has had bad luck this spring and had to go to vet 3 different times for 3 different problems in past few months. The last being a copperhead snake bite which required a night in the hospital. Pets Best paid each claim quickly without issue!
