Couldn't ask for better service
When we got our new lab puppy, River, we decided to get insurance for her. We have an older lab who has experienced all sorts of health issues and is uninsured. When she needed hip surgery, the bill and meds where very expensive. And she continues to be on medication seven years later. Embrace has covered every wellness claim we've submitted and the processing time has been at the speed of light! We are very, very happy with their service and we highly recommend them.

From primary care vet to a specialty referral hospital for a front leg lameness with an MRI ..all resolved with payment on the way in 8 days...amazing communication from this company. Each person I talked to knew who i was, my dog's name, and the status of the claim, immediately. There was no confusion, no duplication of information. they are efficient, polite, and informed..I have never dealt with a company that can compare to the way this is run...wow, Trupanion, I am grateful for your efficiency and kindness!

I love that I can pick my own deductible, this way I control what my monthly premium will be. Also the 90% coverage is amazing. The website is very user friendly and their policy is really straight forward. When I call for info or advice, the person is very helpful and knowledgeable. I also love that I can use my phone to take pictures of a claim and invoices and then email everything to them...very quick turn around time.
