Our beautiful little Westie, Molly, suffers from chronic allergies and Trupanion has been absolutely wonderful with her medication reimbursements once we met our deductible. She recently became very ill, we were at the vets office a few times in one day. We submitted another claim for her not knowing if anything would be re-imbursible, and again, Trupanion was just great. We met another deductible and received over $200 back. I can't say enough about this insurance, they are the best. Very easy to deal with and always respond in a timely manner. The staff seems to genuinely care about Molly's health and condition. I would recommend Trupanion to everyone!!!!

We will insure our furbaby with no one else!
This April, Khan was diagnosed with an eye ulcer that just would not leave. After multiple vet visits, he was finally given a clean bill of health, but the ulcer came back much worse than before. Less than 14 hours after the 2nd ulcer was found, his eye ruptured. We had to rush him to the ER vet at 1 AM and pray that they could save his eye. They were able to keep him stable until the eye surgeon was available, and they operated first thing in the morning. The surgery was successful, and Khan is currently recuperating nicely, and there is a good chance that he will have at least partial vision in the eye. Again, we couldn't have afforded to save his eye without Healthy Paws- the total bill was approximately $3800, and our portion, after reimbursement, was only $500. In addition, the 7 different claims have all been processed within 3 business days, and we've always gotten them within a week. No waiting months! The phone reps are always incredibly kind also, and they always email to check up on him. Khan will never be insured with anyone else!

Trupanion took care of all the tests and surgery right away and the hospital was able to charge them directly over $9.000,00, leaving us only with the extra costs and percentages to cover. Best Pet Insurance By Far!
I have had trupanion for my dachshund, Max, for 3 years now. They have always covered 90% of the bills for any problems he has had. They are fair, quick with claims, and even quicker with payment. I love them because you can choose your deductible, and they are not prejudice about breed specific health problems. Absolutely love the company!
