There when we needed them.
This month we had 2 issues with our 2 dogs that came up. One was a UTI that occurred while we were traveling w our dogs, mandating a pricey visit to animal ER, the other was a playing incident resulting in 2 damaged teeth + surgery. Additionally, the one dog has been undergoing different diagnostic tests over the year for an as-yet undiagnosedGI problem. Pets Best has been prompt in covering our claims. They've been there when we needed them.

Kindness and compassion for loss our Shilo & Romeo
I've had 4 pets insured through ASPCA Pet Insurance for more than 10 years now with their Level 2 plan. They are very prompt in processing claims and also keeping you posted on status of claim. Most of all I'm very pleased and appreciative of the kind and compassion that our family was shown when we lost our Shilo back in 2012, and our little Romeo in January of this year. Losing a beloved pet is one of the hardest things to endure and they expressed their heartfelt compassion and were also quick to pay for final expenses. Shelley, especially, was a real pleasure to speak with.

I have had Healthy Paws for going on two years now.Unfortunately I've had to use the insurance as my little Anna hot sick What a wond wet full surprise to see the speedy response on proceeding my claim. Then a Healthy Paws representative called to see how she was. I am so impressed not only with the service but in hoe much they genuinely care about your dog.
