Canceling my policy
We chose Embrace over other pet insurance plans because it offered the most comprehensive coverage. However, after having our dog's skin condition be denied coverage because of an ear infection she had as a 3-month-old rescue puppy, we see that loopholes will be invoked to avoid paying out claims. We chose to pay for the Wellness plan to avoid situations like this, and are very disappointed with the ruling on this illness.

Very fast processing time
I had to submit a claim for my dog after one year of chasing our tails trying to figure out why she was having recurring urinary tract infections. I agreed to have a vaginoscopy performed (cost was over $600.00) which uncovered the origin of all of her problems. Even better, I submitted all of my invoices for the past year and everything was covered! I was very happy with the incredibly fast processing time, I know for a fact that some other pet insurance companies have a 10 week processing time for claims, but I had cheque in-hand about a week after sending in my paperwork. Very impressed!

Highly recommend this insurance
I decided to choose embrace because of the positive reviews people gave it and it's only fair that I now too write my own review. From the ease of picking coverage and seeing exactly what you will pay for that coverage, to the fact that when you call you speak to a live person, and that person knows your name and pets name easily, to the fact that claims are never a hassle, they aren't argued, and they are paid quickly without hassle... absolutely thrilled I selected this insurance and I highly recommend that you do too!

Your Perfect Service!
A week ago my Pets was acting strange. She became lethargic and had fever. No one knew what is the cause- eventually we figured out that it was an Abscess. We tried everything we can in order to help her heal. The fact that we had insurance allowed us to feel secure and make decisions that are not money-related. Eventually- all our claims were covered. Help for Old Chloe
Chloe did well with her first cancer surgery, but the 14 year old was soon Dx with leukemia, lymphoma and kidney failure. Unfortunately, she did not survive this second strike since she was already weak and old. But Pets Best was there through it all and helped me tremendously. My other dog is insured with Pets Best and I sincerely recommend them to all dog lovers!

Best Choice We Have Made for Pet Care
Trupanion has been a literal lifesaver for us. We adopted our dog a year ago. At the time, he was 6 years old with an unknown history. After reviewing all of the pet insurance policy offers we received from the rescue we chose Trupanion because it seemed to be the most comprehensive. Also, they have a sliding scale that changes your copay based on the out of pocket per incidence amount that you choose and the additional items that you can ad and pay extra for like physical therapy, acupunture, etc. They have always paid quickly and are very prompt in all responses. My only regret is that we didn't choose a smaller out of pocket option! I highly recommend this company. They are better to work with than my personal health insurance company.
