Having this insurance saved my dog's life
I decided 3 years ago to try this insurance. I had some claims the first 2 years which processed and paid promptly. But a few months ago I noticed a lump on my dog's leg. Tests and tests and a surgery later she was diagnosed with sarcoma. We opted for radiation therapy over leg amputation. Embrace initially excluded some small charges on the radiation therapy claim, my vet appealed and they were promptly paid. With each claim I've had the money in my account within 5 business days. With almost $10,000 in veterinary expenses, I would not have been able to treat my dog without Embrace and would've had to let the cancer progress. I am so thankful I bought this insurance and couldn't have asked for anything better.

Money back, it's amazing!
I have a cat who gas eosinophilic granuloma complex. Long story short, she's allergic to everything and is constantly going to the vet for antibiotic shots and treatments. I never used it, to be honest I was avoiding using it because it seemed daunting. Finally, I realized I had to use the insurance I was paying for, and it's amazing! I am getting to much money back, and now my kitten can try to get better!

Best insurance for pets!
Trupanion makes it so easy to care for your pet. We were so upset when our Bernese Mountain Dog swallowed a whole Skewer of meat. Trumpanion put us right at ease making everything so easy so we could concentrate on our dog's recovery. Since we had paid 2,500 we thought we would see half of that but they reimbursed us 2,100. They are the best ever. The even even called to see how he was. They are truly amazing. I would highly recommend.

Quick service on my claim
I submitted a claim for my dog Max when the vet found a lump on his leg and had to remove it and test it to determine whether it was cancerous. I submitted the claim shortly after the visit and received notice within less than a week of the amount that was covered by my policy. I was really surprised by the fast response. I also liked the fact that they followed up to see how Max was doing. It made me feel like I was dealing less with an insurance company and more with a company that really cared about my pet.

Life saver
My cat had urinary blockage and we had to take him to the emergency room. The bill started to grow very fast and was at a loss. While the vets billing office was adding $200 to my bill every hour I call trupanion. They were supper easy to deal with and delta directly with the vet. They payed over 3k and I covered $800. The reason for the $800 was bc they don't cover consult fee

I TOOK PEPPER IN TO HAVE HER SPAYED, EVEYTHING WENT WELL NO PROBLEMS. I TURNED IN MY CLAIM AND IT WAS PAID IN 3 DAYS. NO PROBLEMS AND NO HASSELS FRO THE INSURANCE CO. STATING THAT " THATS NOT COVERED " I LIKE THIS INSURANCE CO.RECOMENDED IT TO MY BROTHER FOR HIS PUPPY.

A great investment in you pet's health!
When we got a second adult husky a few years ago, we decided to check into pet insurance. Pets Best had reasonable plan for older dogs. We now have just the one husky. We have been able to access specialists for the care of aging pups and the insurance has paid for itself with both dogs. While rates have risen over time, I've reduced coverage and kept premiums reasonable. We just had a thorough exam at a specialist for blood in stools. The total bill was $1700 and $950 was covered after our deductible and an uncovered item. She's fine and it's good to be able to access quality care and not have cost drive all decisions.
