Amazing Service
Trupanion was quick to review and accept my claims when my dog had to have an unexpected surgery. Within the week I had submitted my claims, they were approved and I received my payment. They are truly a spectacular insurance company! If only it were this easy for Human insurance!!!!

Must have for anyone with a pet
Trupanion has been a lifesaver with my dog Lexie, she has recently been diagnosed with IPMA, an autoimmune condition. The vet bill for a week in hospital and an MRI was over $7000 plus ongoing ventinary care for at least a year upto lifelong. Trupanion has paid for itself. The only thing I would change about my policy would be for required follow up appointments partially covered.

Excellent, caring service
Our dog got himself into trouble by eating a sock and had to have emergency surgery to remove it. Trupanion was quick to respond to us and got all details taken care of when we were very preoccupied with our very sick dog! I recommend Trupanion to anyone with a pet!

Professional and friendly customer service
We looked for pet insurances for our 2 Rhodesian Ridgebacks and ended up with ASPCA. We did the set up over the phone and we have had 1 claim in our first year. Both times I was very impressed with their customer service. It takes very little time to talk to a person and they won't rest until all questions are answered.

Great comfort for folks with older dogs
As a first-time dog "mom", the cost of vet care came as a huge shock to me 8 1/2 years ago. Fortunately, my cockapoo Obie was always a healthy guy. However, as he ages, he's encountering more frequent and more expensive health issues -- like two torn acl's this past year. The cost of X-rays, blood tests and specialists would have been far beyond my means, if I hadn't made the wise decision to become an Embrace customer. The staff is unfailingly compassionate, helpful, and knowledgeable. Claims are handled promptly and communication is outstanding. The one time I had a claim denied, the explanation was clear and helped me recognize the connection between two health issues I had seen as completely unrelated. My one suggestion is that Embrace offer a discount for senior citizens on fixed incomes. Obi-wan Kenobi is not the only one in our small family getting older.

Very good insurance
I have had this insurance for about a year now. I chose it because of the way they process their claims and the things they covered. I chose a 90% reimbursement and i pay no deductible. My doggie is a Yorkie Maltese mix. I have filed claims for illness and wellness over the past year without any issues. The reimbursement is deposited into my checking acct in a timely manner. They are also very good at communicating with me via email. I am very happy with ASPCA and would highly recommend them.
