WASTE OF MONEY!!!!!!
Obviously based on these reviews, I'm not the only one disgusted with this company! I've been a policyholder for 8 years and when I needed the coverage the most, VPI paid next to nothing! I would have been better off putting my premium in a savings for future medical bills. This company is a complete joke and I guarantee I will spread the word to everyone I know, I work for the largest roofing company in the US and I promise to let everyone know about my experience. I couldn't be any more disappointed. If you buy a policy with VPI, you are a fool!!!

Our dog Ruby had an operation for an intestinal blockage. After getting the bill for nearly $4,000, I went on line uploaded the bill and medical record. I received approval, no questions asked, within a couple of days. Check followed within a few weeks. More than satisfied with their service.

Healthy Paws does it best
I have been a healthy paws policy holder for the last 5 yrs and have 4 dogs insured with them one of our dogs ( Bug ) tore her knee up playing and requireEd surgery to the tune of over $5000 healthy paws recievepd her bill and with in 3 days a check was in the mail no fuss at all. This the second major bill they have saved me from in the years I have used them ! They are just the best around !!! Thank you healthy paws

Trupanion is awesome!
Two of my dogs do not have Trupanion insurance. They are too old. I have never had a problem with them. I have two surgeries of approx. $8000 each that have been pre approved by Trupanion. They have been paying up every time we spend. We love this insurance. The phone operators are always polite and helpful.

Very happy I picked ASPCA
I am very happy that I took my vets recommendation and chose ASPCA. I love how they communicate when they receive the claim and when it is processed. I also appreciate the call after the claim is processed and that they ask how my cat Snickers is doing. It is a great piece of mind to have my cat insured in case something bad would to happen to him.

Very pleased with ASPCA Pet Health Insurance
We had talked many times about getting pet insurance but that was as far as it went. When Gucci was adopted we finally decided to give it a try and after filing our first claim we are glad that we did. Our first claim was delayed due to a missed message but when I called ASPCA I found them to be extremely helpful and my claim was processed within a couple of weeks. Also appreciated the follow-up phone call to check on Gucci and to see if we had any questions on the claim.

Embrace, a 10 out of 10 pet insurance company.
I rescued a 2 year old miniature poodle after the passing of my 18 1/2 year old poodle. I did have pet insurance for the first pet, but not Embrace. That company was OK, but had many restrictions. I researched many of the available pet insurance companies and settled on Embrace. It was the best decision I had made for insurance. My vet hospital automatically submits my claims to Embrace, and then Embrace notifies me they have receive the claim. In a few days I receive another notice that the claim was approved. Then in another few days, I receive the check. I have never had a claim rejected, or questioned. I only wish my own health insurance company was as responsible as Embrace. I also told my Vet hospital that if anyone asks about pet insurance to mention Embrace Pet Insurance on my recommendation.
