Love Embrace Pet Insurance!
While I've had dogs all my life, most of them rescues, I have never purchased pet insurance until 2015, when I adopted Finn, a 5 year old terrier mix. After reviewing many different insurance policies from different companies, I felt that Embrace would be the best. Wow...they are fantastic! Unfortunately for Finn and our pocketbook, a year after we adopted him, he was diagnosed with heartworms (negative before we got him, but took that long for them to show up!). This an very expensive disease to treat, and Embrace came through for us. Very easy for the vet's office to complete their portion of a single piece of paper, and very easy to submit to Embrace. I heard back from them quickly, and got my check within a few weeks. Not only that, but the folks you deal with are animal lovers and personalize their emails, I receive lovely newsletters, etc. I feel that I got a terrific insurance, and plan on keeping it throughout Finn's life and beyond to the next rescue!

So thankful for this company!
Unfortunately my sweet baby was diagnosed with lymphoma about a month ago. It's been a very stressful time for us both emotionally and physically. There's been so many test & treatments in the past 6 weeks. Embrace has covered all of the test and procedures just like they said they would. It's a blessing to not have to stress about the financial aspect of this diagnosis. It took about a month for them to review everything but once they did the reimbursement checks showed up. Their customer service like is very helpful too. I have recommended this company to all of my family and friends that have fur-babies!

Pet Insurance eases the stress
We are a 3 dog, 3 cat household. Someone is always at the vet for annual/routine check ups or a disaster. We have one cat insured through Embrace. They review and pay the claims quickly. Figaro came to us as a stray kitten with severe mite infestation in 2014. After his initial one month stay at the vet we insured him with Embrace. In July of 2016, while grooming him I found the lymph nodes on his hind legs were very enlarged. It was scary. We took him to the vet immediately. The prognosis from the specialist was good. "Bilateral popliteal lymphadenopathy - The aspirates most resemble a syndrome referred to as "distinctive peripheral lymph node hyperplasia" in young cats. This condition often resolves spontaneously usually within approximately 4 months." So the fear of cancer receded! And the fear of the invoice also!

I had 2 claims with my dog and Pet's Best paid both claims rapidly and completely. They are pleasant to deal with and I plan to get this insurance again with my new puppy!

Excellent service and policy coverage
This company was recommended by the veterinary hospital that attended to our dogs and I could not be happier with the coverage that is provided as well as the exceptional customer service we've experienced from the time we requested a quote to our first time submitting claims. Claims were approved within 2 weeks of submission and anything that was not covered was clearly identified (although 99% was covered for the surgery and treatment of our dog). Their website and app is very well-designed and easy to use. Definitely recommend!!

Stellar Experience with Healthy Paws
My experience with Healthy Paws has been phenomenal! When I first got my dog there was the question of whether to get pet insurance, or whether to hope for the best - my dog is young and healthy. After many hours of reading reviews on several pet insurance providers, I decided to purchase a policy from Healthy Paws. They had a good range of plans, and I was able to find the one that worked for me very easily. My dog has been an absolute joy, but things got scary a month ago, and he needed emergency care and some very expensive tests. Every person that I have called at Healthy Paws has been so attentive, efficient in helping me, and so very caring. This made such a huge difference when I was upset about my dog's health. My claims were so easy to file, and they were all handled VERY promptly. My dog is on the mend, and improving daily. I am so glad that I got a policy with Healthy Paws, everybody there was so wonderful to deal with - the customer service has been stellar!!
