Pets best is great.
This is my very first time owning pet insurance, therefore I'm not all acquainted with how the process works. Although this claim didn't take long to be porocessed so I'm very satisfied with that.

Money hungry just like any insurance company
The company uses any method to twist words in their favor. Unless you are a lawyer, putting a claim is useless because they will scrutinize the claim and find something that will not cover it. Their rules are so convoluted that it's close to impossible to actually get a claim covered. It's sickening how many claims I've put and how many excuses I've hard for the claims not being covered. My advice: only worth to get insurance if you just bought a healthy puppy. Otherwise, it's a money pit.

Wonderful experience
My dog was attacked at a dog park requiring a vet visit to clean and treat two bites. It was so easy to submit my claim (just sent pictures of the bill and payment via email). My claim was processed in about 8 days and payment is on the way to my bank account.

So happy to have Embrace
My daughter's mobility dog got sick in the middle of professional training in another state. We drove to pick her up, brought her home with us and began extensive veterinary treatment. Embrace Pet Insurance was awesome in processing and fast payment of claims and customer service.She is recovering well, and will soon be back in training so she can help my daughter throughout her day. Great experience/efficient claim service
My dog has been insured with Embrace for almost 2 years. He was diagnosed with hypothyroidism and his claims have been covered. The turnaround for payment has been about 5-10 business days. We're happy with Embrace Pet Insurance.

Best pet insurance
My chihuahua ( Violet ) was bit by my sons' dog and had her right eye partially torn out. Her eye was sewn shut to allow it to heal. Although her vision is gone, her eye healed nicely and did not have to be removed. I filed the claim with Embrace and it was covered. The claim was handled very quickly. Within two weeks, I received my check in the mail. I've got a policy on my other chihuahua through another company and every claim so far has been denied.. Wish I would've known about Embrace before. If you're looking for pet insurance, take the time to research it. I think you'll find that Embrace is the company to choose. Excellent customer service as well!

Pet insurance satisfaction
All my dogs and cats are insured by Pets Best. Years ago I was shopping pet insurance and had a veterinarian ( a board certified specialist) tell me the best insurance for pets is Pets Best. He knew this from hearing from his clients, and his own pets. I've been with Pets Best for many years now and can honestly say they always have done what an insurance company should do, take care of the pets they insure and they have excellent customer support services. I buy my insurance the day I pick up my pet and they go to the vet for their 1st exam. Thank you to Pets Best for helping my pets have the best care posiibly and being so kind.
