Great Customer Service
I have had Embrace Insurance now for several years and I am extremely pleased with the customer service, immediate follow-up, and the professional and gracious way that every representative of the company has dealt with me. They understand the anxiety that people have when their pet is sick, and how financial expense just compounds the frustration. I only wish my family health insurance company was as client-oriented as Embrace.

Complicated case, took some time but Trupanion came through.
Our 11 yr old chihuahua had problems that resulted in an MRI and spinal tap among other costs. It was our first claim for Polly so Trupanion had to get prior records but after 30 plus days, they paid their share of the costs. Glad I have this company, Polly is still undergoing treatment and everything should go smoothly with future costs.

Highly recommend Healthy Paws
I have had this insurance for my black lab, Tank, since November 2015. He is a high energy dog, and unfortunately has gotten himself into some situations requiring veterinary care several times. Last December he dug under our fence and went to the orchard next door and ate squirrel poison. Most recently, he injured his knee (his CCL) requiring surgery to repair it. I am extremely happy that I had insurance for him, since each one was quite expensive.When looking for insurance for Tank, I read a lot online about many companies, but was most impressed with Healthy Paws. Reviews were great, and I'm happy to report that I have had similar experiences. Claims are processed very quickly, and they are a breeze to submit. I had expected lengthy forms, like human insurance would require, but that is not the case here. For this recent claim with the knee repair, I submitted the claim on a Thursday, and 3 days later (on a Sunday!) I was notified that my claim had been processed and a check was being sent out to me the next day. I have spoken to friends who were insured by other companies, and none of them have had the excellent service that I have received from Healthy Paws. They are rated #1 for a reason! If you are considering insurance, you won't be sorry you chose this company.

Great Pet Insurance
I am extremely happy with Trupanion. My three year old Pit Bull was diagnosed with Lameness in his right hind leg. The surgery was going to cost close to $5k. I was not sure if the claim was going to get approved because I was a new customer and my Pit Bull just passed the waiting period . However, they did approve the claim for the surgery and there has been no hassle and no waiting to get reimbursed. They have been a lifesaver! I would recommend Trupanion to everyone that didn't believe in insurance for their pets! Trupanion is great!

I highly recommend Trupanion for all pet lovers who want the best care for your pet while staying on a budget! Our beloved English Mastiff dog had cancer and Trupanion was very reliable in covering 90% of the costs after we met our deductible. I was impressed that Trupanion covered all of our dog's expensive medicines, procedures and even chemo treatments. Her quality of life was prolonged thanks to Trupanion's coverage. We now have an Italian Mastiff puppy who we later found out has elbow dysplasia. We were able to afford the expensive arthroscopic surgery thanks again to Trupanion's coverage. We can comfortably provide the best medical care to our pets thanks to Trupanion!

Healthy Paws is the BEST and 2nd to NONE
I spent significant time reviewing pet insurance providers when I adopted my Labrador 5 years ago. I selected Healthy Paws because they cover what matters for a large breed and there are no life time limits. My boy Cooper sees a dermatology specialist, receives acupuncture, and is on several expensive medications. I've never had any issues with coverage and receive the reimbursements within a week of claim submission. I put Healthy Paws to the ultimate test this year when my boy fell very ill due to a terrible reaction to a medication. Between a week hospitalized, surgery, and after care with specialists the $22k spent was fully covered. The only charges I had to "eat" were the exam fees. What is most critical is that there are no lifetime limits! The customer service is absolutely exceptional. The staff are clearly animal lovers and checked in with me on how my boy was recovering. You will not regret Healthy Paws!!! Submitting a claim is so easy! Take a photo with your phone and submit via an app.
