Trupanion is Amazing!

When my beloved Dachshund, Boswell, required disc surgery last month, Trupanion was with me every step of the way. Because I had Trupanion, I could seek the very best care for Boswell without having to worry about the cost. I am happy to say that five weeks out from the surgery, Boswell is making a great recovery, walking, wagging and looking forward to getting back to his AKC Therapy Dog work and Rally/Obedience competition in the fall. Trupanion paid our claims very quickly; I had checks in hand within two weeks. With a total bill of over $9,000, that meant a lot! Thank you Trupanion.

Good reimbursements & Great Customer Service

Very happy with Embrace on the accident and illness coverage. We have a Chocolate Lab and she is 2 years old and always into things and full of adventure. And of course with that being said. Already had to take to her to the vet with an injury to her leg and shoulder. Embrace help and sent me all the claim forms that we needed and reimbursed us right away!! We couldn't be happier. Great Customer Service!! Would recommend to anyone that needs pet insurance.

Excellent - if it wasn't for them my dog would be in pain everyday.

my young dog has hip displasia (spelling??) she walked with a limp and would be in pain after any strenuous activity. she was able to get a hip replacement that will make her pain free for the duration of her life

Quick responses!

No fuss, no fowl- when our cat broke his arm, Trupanion came through promptly and with no paperwork on my part! They coordinated with the vet very quickly and nicely!

Very satisfied with policy

Having 4 cats means many trips to the Vet even if just for a nail trim - I have received many reimbursements for services rendered

Thank God for the ASPCA

Since our little bundle of joy Buttons has been aging , her medical problems have been increasing. We made the very important decision to purchase ASPCA insurance 5 years ago and have had no regrets. We have submitted a few claims over the years, most recently one for lung cancer as well as an enlarged spleen. Without the assistance of this very valuable asset , we would have had to spend thousands of dollars to keep our dear pet alive . We have recommended the ASPCA to those we've come in contact with for their pets as well. Thank you ASPCA.

I'm so thankful we chose Healthy Paws!

My 1 and a half year old French Bulldog was diagnosed with epilepsy after a series of seizures and a three day vet hospital stay. The team at Healthy Paws was fantastic, they always called us back within a few minutes with clear answers to MY coverage questions and processed our claims very quickly and efficiently. It was once less thing we had to worry about during a very stressful time. They also reached out to check on our dog, which was really thoughtful and very much appreciated. This team is great and I am so thankful we chose Healthy Paws!

Healthy Paws 2016

I have had Healthy paws insurance for my dog since 2013, knowing that there was a possibility at some point that she would need medical treatment I could not afford on my own. I pay $33 a month and have a 90/10 split with Healthy Paws which came in really handy when my dog started developing partial seizures and needed some very expensive tests in order to confirm her diagnosis. I like that I didn't have to choose between my dogs health and going broke. Healthy paws processed the claim within 4 days and mailed me a check within a week. I have never had a problem trying to get them to cover something, or had them split hairs over what could be covered. Highly recommend to any pet owner looking to insure their pet.

Outstanding company!

Absolutely love Healthy Paws! I reviewed numerous pet insurance companies before insuring my chocolate lab puppy. I chose Healthy Paws and I've never regretted the decision. Claims are handled quickly, questions are answered within a few hours, and the customer service is amazing. The 90% reimbursement level was a big selling point for me. I chose a plan with $100 and 90% reimbursement. I've filed three claims with them since signing up in 2013, and all three were fantastic. I recommend them 100%. I've even talked my friend into signing up her puppy, and she's thrilled with them too.

Well worth it (two times)

I wrote a review of our Goldendoodle, Bailey, who was bitten by a rattlesnake, and before that had a tumor excised, and all turned out well and ASPCA was very understanding and did everything that they said they would do. I don't remember writing a review for our Golden Retriever, Riley, who died of cancer at four years old. ASPCA was as good then, some five years ago, as they are today. And we don't submit the small stuff. It has to be an emergency, and they are always there.
