Embrace has been extremely helpful in taking care of our little friend. I especially appreciate that an actual person writes the result of your claim in the "Claims Portal". You can directly contact that individual if you have questions and their response/claim processing time is very fast.

I have had Healthy Paws pet insurance for my dog Russell for three years. The service I have received from them over this period has been top notch. Fast claims, friendly staff and no questions asked handling of my claims. The last check that I received from healthy Paws was for over $9000. I don't know what I would have done without Healthy Paws.

It is comforting to know I have EMBRACE for my dog
My 3 year old Javanese developed HGE when he was 1 year old. HE required a 6 day hospital stay that cost over $4000. I felt so lucky that I did not have to make decisions for him based on finances. Without the intensive care I am not sure he would have survived but he now is a happy healthy dog. We also have a 2 year old Javanese that has EMBRACE coverage. She has not needed anything except routine care but I know she will be taken care of if the need arises. EMBRACE has direct deposit and have never waited more than 10 days to be reimbursed, even with a large bill of $4000.

Safety Net
I look at this insurance for my two rescued pittbulls, as a safety net, so far so good, I have an awesome vet, been with the vet 14 years- still going strong, they like this insurance, the fact that they get called about visits, they have reviewed my policy, it is in both of my dogs charts, I do recommend this insurance, I wish the wellness amount was more- you have to factor in yearly physical, flea/worm meds, dental chews, chewies-for two babies:

I have had this insurance for my 2 dogs for 3 years. One of my dogs has Leishmania and Pets Best has always helped me with the expenses of the Vet bills. I have never had any problem with any claim. I am completely satisfied.Now I have moved to Canada and I have had to cancel my policy because, sadly, there is not Pets Best here. Amanda (in the Live Chat) has been very helpful and professional. She helped me out with all my questions, even remembering me and previous conversations we had. She is as good as Pets Best insurance. I highly recommend this pet insurance to anyone who has pets.

While on vacation, my dog was hit by a golf cart racing down our street. She sustained multiple cuts, bruises, and a large laceration down her hind foot which went down to the bone. Since the cut on her leg is so deep, we are going to have to make multiple vet visits due to the bandaging on her leg. Pets Best received our claim on Monday, and we had the notice of being reimbursed by Friday. This is a huge help since our vet visits are now over a $1000. I would highly recommend this insurance for your "child."

Fast and Fair
My dog, although only two years old, experienced a lot of health issues in the past few months. Some of the problems were preexisting, so not covered under my plan. Because Reggie was being treated for several issues, the vet bills were mingled with the pre-existing condition. PestsBest was very fair about determining what would be reimbursed. My husband did a lot of research before deciding on PestBest. I'm very glad we made this choice because Reggie was able to receive the very best care possible.
