Fast Payment, great coverage
Having Embrace insurance on my puppy from the day we brought her home was the wisest choice ever made. Without the coverage, I do not think that I could afford to give her the continuing care that she needs, to come back to her full potential health.

Great Customer Service
After accruing serious medical bills with a sick cat I decided it was time to invest in healthcare- so glad I did it and so glad I went with Embrace. They have prompt and helpful customer service and competitive prices. The cost you pay for a pet also goes down annually if they are in good health. Also they are great and processing claims in a timely manner. I most certainly recommend Embrace for any petowner who cares about their pet .

On several occasions I had questions about my coverage and the Embrace staff were very courteous and helpful over the phone. We received a lovely card when our dear Sam passed away and all information about claims submitted was processed and explained efficiently and promptly. I would recommend this insurance company.

Recently little Tia developed a terrible itch around her mouth. I took her to the vet who suggested I see and allergist. So I had two claims. Embrace contacted me right away to let me know that the claims had been received and then again when the claims were processed. Couldn't ask for anything easier. Thank you for all you do

So thankful for Healthy Paws
I only signed up a couple months ago and already have had to file a claim after my cat ingested a toxic amount of vitamins. She recovered well and Healthy Paws was so quick to turn the claim around. I was also so touched that they took the time to follow up to see how she was doing. I'm so, so thankful for them!

Navigating the pet insurance world was new to me and my husband. We weren't sure if we even needed it. A coworker of mine recommended Embrace. We researched it and signed up. We're so happy we did. Our pup has had a few illnesses and Embrace has really come through. Their customer service is friendly and prompt. I highly recommend them.

Fast claim return and customer service
I have had Embrace pet insurance for several years now and my cat was recently diagnosed with diabetes, so he is having regular vet checks, tests, and expensive insulin. I have had 4 claims in the past couple of weeks, and once they had the diagnosis confirmed with the vet, all the claims were processed in a couple of days. I emailed customer service a couple of times when I first submitted the claims and was always emailed back promptly, and within 12-24 hours. The funds were deposited directly into my bank account which is great and very convenient. In addition I was emailed (a personal email) after all the claims were deposited to make sure that I received them all. I gave the rating a 9/10 only because I dont give 10/10 because I believe that everything, no matter how good, has room for improvement. I have no complaints and only positive feedback for Embrace. The only think I would say that I noticed could be improved is the speed of the links on the website. Im not sure why it takes so long to go between pages - and it isnt "long" but longer than normal (in this instantaneous digital age).

My German Shepherd had a bad cause of skin rash which irritated him and made things very uncomfortable. With treatment the symptoms gradually disappeared. The paperwork for the claim on two separate incidents was very efficient & quick to resolve matter with checkImpressive order and outcome 10
