Embrace has always answered our questions and processed claims promptly. Most recently, we had difficulty with one of our vets, in getting the Embrace Claim form to Embrace, despite several contacts to the vet from my end. Embrace finally contacted the vet directly, on at least two occasions, and finally got everything resolved. Terrific customer support!

Your insurance saved our dogs' life.
I recently received reimbursement for a skin condition our dog suffered from last month and thought I should write in about the big reason my husband and I love your insurance. In 2014, our then 4-year-old dog, Ida developed a mast cell tumor on her leg. My husband and I have had dogs with that type of cancer in the past and though the dogs were much older, the outcomes, even with surgery were not good and were extremely expensive. When our vet suggested surgery for Ida, we were able to really think of her needs rather than money and proceed with the surgery, which was extensive, but had a good recovery rate for young dogs. Ida had (expensive) complications and the ASPCA was with us every step of the way; offering encouragement and reimbursing us for most of the medical bills we incurred. I am thrilled to say that Ida is doing well, two years post-op and is the best, happiest and friendliest dog I've ever known. Only because of the ASPCA is she here with us today. We love ASPCA health insurance and recommend it to everyone we meet. We have even become monthly donors. Thank you ASPCA

VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER
I have 4 large dogs and live on a 5 acre ranch. As hard as I try, I can not keep them all healthy and injury free, which is why I purchased pet insurance. Hartville has been AMAZING! My claims are processed quickly and correctly. I have never had any claim denied and everything that I expected was covered. Last year one of my babies got Luekemia and Hartville was there for us, like a family member actually. They covered all of the treatments, most of which were quite expensive. Unfortunately, he lost his battle, but Hartville was still there for me. They called with condolences and even paid for his cremation. I am so impressed with this company, I would recommend them to everyone with a pet.

Excellent!
I have had Embrace insurance for almost five years for my dog, Forrest. This is the first time I have had to use it. I must say, I wish my insurance company was so pleasant and efficient! My claim was processed in a timely manner and Embrace kept me up to date with each and every step. I did a lot of research before purchasing Embrace and found them to be the best. When my 1 year old Boston Terrier got sick I was a complete mess. Not only did healthy paws take the time to discuss his policy but gave me a number of suggestions on how to proceed. After he was out of surgery they very quickly processed my claim and paid me all within the same month!!! This is unbelievable. First time's a charm
I just submitted my first set of claims for my dog. I wasn't entirely sure what to expect. In fact, I was kind of skeptical and expecting my claim wouldn't be covered or it would be kicked back for not being completed properly or something. BUT NO! It was processed quickly and it was all covered! I'm thrilled. The claim was for our adopted released guide dog in training who developed spay incontinence. We had one general visit to the vet to discuss the matter with full blood work, followed by a vet tech apt for blood pressure reading followed by a prescription for medication. 3 receipts on one form, all covered. Very happy client.

A real financial help with a hip replacement.
My two year old Rottweiler had hip replacement and Embrace was with us every step of the way. The insurance coverage truly help with getting her hip replaced. My insurance reimbursement was issued within 10 days. It was peace of mind knowing we did not have to pay the entire bill. All three of my dogs are insured by embraced. I work at a vets office and I always recommend embrace to my clients.

Super helpful, responsive, fast processing time
I have a 5-year-old male Shih Tzu, cute as a button. It was time for his blood test, heart guard, and vaccinations. I was a student so it was always hard to save the money for his needs. Now, I have good job but I wanted to increase my cash flow. I researched many companies and Pet insurance was the best for cost. Why pay for it in a lump sum when I can do it monthly @ 0% interest? I bought my little guy to the vet, got all his stuff done and the vet actually submitted the claim via fax I believe. It took about 10 business days for the money to be in my bank account. during that time, I emailed the support group because I have a few questions. They go back to me in about 24 hours and was very helpful. I would highly recommend pet insurance for everyone!

I have been an Embrace customer for about 2 years now. I have my dog and 2 cats covered. Embrace has been wonderful to us. Customer service is outstanding! All of our claims are processing within 2 days and reimbursement is within 1 week. My pets are my family and I am so relieved that I have them covered. Thank you very much for being awesome Embrace! Pet Insurance easier than Human Insurance
I have coverage for all my pets. Recently my dog injured his paw. I paid the bill, submitted the claim and reimbursed with in a couple of weeks. Easy process. I highly recommend ASPCA pet insurance, the price for coverage is lower compared to other plans and they offer different types of coverage.
