Peach pit
Healthy Paws is the best thing we ever purchased. Luna, decided to swallow a peach pit and couldn't throw it up. The doctors had to remove it surgically and it was one less worry that we had Healthy Paws insurance to help us with the cost for the procedure. The refund check came in to us within a week of processing.

Emergency? Healthy Paws has your back!
Our dog Toast, a French bulldog, has had a lot of medical problems from allergies to injury in the last year and a half. Healthy Paws has always processed our claims in a timely manner. Most recently, she developed a corneal ulcer, which unfortunately turned into an emergency surgery, pneumonia, and a two night stay at the hospital. This was a series of very expensive bills, and Healthy Paws has been truly exceptional in their service and support. They received our claims and processed them quickly, reimbursing us within a week, and followed up about Toast's condition. They even sent a card to Toast, wishing her a speedy recovery. Everyone that we spoke with was kind and empathetic to our difficult situation. We have not hesitated to recommend Healthy Paws to friends and coworkers.

When blood tests showed that our 11 year old lab mix, Sadie Jean, had high liver enzymes her doctors performed a number of tests including ultrasound. The radiologist discovered that she had a tumors on her liver and adrenal gland. The only cure was surgery which, of course, was very scary for the whole family! Alas, Sadie came through the surgery with flying colors and both tumors proved to be benign! Healthy Paws was with us every step of the way. They were constantly checking to see how Sadie was doing and our claims were paid promptly, exactly as promised on our policy. I would recommend Healthy Paws to all pet guardians without hesitation!

Helps me with my cat's vet bills
My cat is basically very healthy, but has had some teeth issues that have had to be addressed by extraction. It's an expensive procedure because it requires general anesthesia and a day of hospitalization. Luckily her ASPCA pet health insurance covered part of the bill, the amount of which went back into my savings account and will help cover future checkups and medications she might need in the future.

After having huge vet bills for my dogs, I decided to get insurance for my Gingy. I chose Healthy Paws because of all the great reviews I saw online. They are RIGHT!!! I've had several claims already in the two years that I've had my Gingy insured with Healthy Paws and they have ALWAYS been upfront, prompt in settling my claims and reimbursing me. The few times I did have to contact Customer Service, they were courteous, knowledgeable, compassionate and always resolved any issues immediately. Most recently, my Gingy had to have surgery on her knee and in less than a week, they settled the claim no problems. THANK YOU Healthy Paws!
