Great service all around. My kitten is back to her hyper self and my claim was paid in under a week. So happy I got insurance for my new little buddy. Owl was only home for a few days after I adopted her when she became very sick. She had a gift insurance from the shelter she was adopted from and I'm so thankful she did. Two nights nights in the emergency hospital was very expensive. I have since bought an extended policy and am now a believer in the benefit of insurance. I never want to worry about being able to care for her again. Thanks for being there for us!

VPI (Nation Wide) is Terrible
I have been with this company for almost 10 years, they sometimes pay but not always. So I spend years without submitting a claim, I kept it simply in case of emergencies, but now that my dog is almost 10 and has medical issues they are not covering must of them. When I first got they only had one plan and it covered must every thing, however they stared coming up with different plans to charge more and if you don't keep up with them you end up with less coverage. Unfortunately now I can't go anywhere else and I am stuck paying vet bills and them as well. Last year he went through all of his benefits and didn't even had a medical emergency just for the medications and one or two x rays.

Very Upset
When we picked up my dog he was healthy and happy. We immediately submitted a VET check sheet for FIGO's record. I signed up for FIGO the day I picked him up (9/18/16). I also submitted a VET CHECK from the Breeder from 9/9/16 stating he was healthy 2 weeks before we got him. Unfortunately 3 days after we picked him up he caught some kennel cough/pneumonia. As this was during the waiting period we did not expect it to be covered and were slammed with a hefty bill from the hospital. He was recovering but then ate some type of toy fur on Friday (9/23/16) and aspirated vomit into his lung. We took him to the vet and he was confident that FIGO would cover this as an accident as a dog throwing up and creating aspiration pneumonia is an accident. FIGO did not cover the aspiration pneumonia and we are extremely upset. They did not even offer to reimburse a portion of it. I am confident going forward they will help us if an emergency arises.

Love big mutts
I have two Yellow Labs and two Irish Wolfhounds - because I love big mutts, Embrace is essential to me. It has helped me in many instances and I feel peace of mind knowing it is there. I recently had to challenge a "pre-existing condition" for one of my dogs and Embrace worked with me and my vet and Animal Hospital and overturned the condition. I felt the process and judgment was more than fair. The normal process works very smoothly too. I have been approached by other pet insurance companies and I have checked out their policies but Embrace is the best!

Exceeded My Expectations
The reimbursement was within 2 weeks of my submitting the documentation. The one characteristic of ASPCA pet insurance is the kindness of the folks who work with you during a stressful time. It's also my opinion that these folks have true extrinsic care and compassion for your pet as well as you:)!!

Best decision I have ever made!
Scooby Doo is 7 years ols. During that time he has had multiple eys issues which eventually resukted in his losing both eyes. all of his treatments have been covered, quickly, efficiently and most of all with consideration for me and my pets. I LOVE Embrace!
