My Little Shih Tzu, Bella, Is …
My little shih Tzu, Bella, is a very smart, loving and happy dog. She is part of our family. She has had a few issues with her digestive system and recently she had some disturbing numbers regarding her liver. We submitted the vets invoices not knowing what might be covered. Needless to say we were very pleased with your responsiveness. We take her to the vet regularly for her checkups and really try to keep her healthy and we really appreciate your help."

Had Submitted A Claim Last Nov…
Had submitted a claim last Nov. claim was denied due to lack of response from Vet. Part of claim should not have been questioned. I called and spoke to cust. rep. I think it was Laura. after explaining situation to her. I told her I was re submitting pats that I knew were acceptable along with 2 new claims. New claim went thru without issue. Mack is 9yrs old now & has been with Pets Best since he was 16wks old. We love your company!

It Is So Difficult When Your C…
It is so difficult when your canine family member is hurt or sick. In our case our pup Murphy had a bad reaction to a med which caused abnormally high liver enzymes. He was very sick and had to stay in the hospital. He is now recovering at home and doing so much better, however, we still need to address his initial problem of a herniated disc. Vet and hospital stays are very expensive. Pets Best has helped us so much. We had multiple invoices when we submitted our paperwork. Pets Best emailed us that our claim was being reviewed and soon after responded with the claim explanation. We can concentrate on Murphy getting better and not have to worry as much about vet bills. Thank you, Pets Best.

Outstanding service
We are very happy with Embrace pet insurance. We have only Rocco and he is a mixed breed dog that we love very much. When he was diagnosed with diabetes I thought this was the end of another animal that we love very much!! Embrace along with vet made this us comfortable with the smooth process of reimbursement and assistance with all of our claims.

My claim for diagnostics was submitted due to the testing my pet required. No treatment is currently available for my pet. Pet's Best reimbursed me quickly and easily. I am so appreciative for the professionalism of this company.
