Overall, I am happy with my service with Pets Best b/c they are very professional and seem to really care about their customers and we aren't just another number. I have spoken with people on the phone from Pets Best who contacted me for further information and it was really easy to get someone on the phone. I am so happy I choose this company to handle my pets insurance and I can tell these are pet lovers themselves.

My experience was extremely positive. Filled out the claim forms with attached invoices and faxed it all in. Claims were processed in about a week and checks received a few days afterward.

I understood and could afford what was my part of the expense, and did not need to worry that I would have a later fight on my hands obtaining the proportion expected from my Insurer. Another great experience
I was so happy when Embrace covered my dog's hip surgery. When he didn't recover as quickly as I hoped, I took him to 3 weeks of physical therapy. I thought it might be a stretch, but I submitted my receipts along with the receipts for his post op pain medicines. I was so happy to see that they covered my claim again. This pet insurance has more than paid for itself in just a few short months. Thanks Embrace!

Healthy Paws is 5 Star
We have been subscribed to a Healthy Paws policy for nearly two years and have found them to be outstanding in the two instances we have had to deal with the team. While we hope to never have to use our policy, we are so glad to have an easy process and a very caring team work with. Their genuine interest in the health of our dog was appreciated.
