Reliable and trusted vet insurance !
I love Pet's Best insurance because it's easy and hassle free, weather you personally fill out the claim form or the clinic. The reimbursement is within a week, and their customer service is very helpful and courteous.

A+ for Healthy Paws
I researched several pet insurance companies before finally choosing Healthy Paws. This company has surpassed my expectations. I use the mobile app to file claims, which is quick and easy. They process claims quickly and I always receive a reimbursement check within a week of filing a claim. And their customer service is wonderful.

Healthy Paws is hands down the best out there!
Healthy Paws has been a lifesaver! My little boston terrier is only 1.5 years old but has run into some serious eye and tummy issues. Healthy Paws has been so helpful, and submitting claims and getting reimbursements has been a breeze! The whole process from submission to reimbursement takes about a week and their app is super easy to use. I've never had any issues with them and they've always been so great - I can't recommend them enough!

Healthy Paws was there for me and my dog
My 13 month old standard poodle was diagnosed with Lyme Disease. Unfortunately he had a terrible reaction to theantibiotics first prescribed and developed ear infections, lesions all over his body, and lost the pads on his feet. After 3 stays at WestVet in Boise, I brought him home and nursed him for close to a month before he was his normal self. Total expenses were over $6,000 and Healthy Paws paid 90% of these bills with no hassles, delays, or red tape.

I recommend to everyone!!!
My pup, Harley, needed TPLO surgery in June (at the time I did not have insurance)... I would do anything for him so I paid thousands out of pocket for the procedure. That week, I was told about 'Healthy Paws' and I read about them and signed up right away. Just three short months later, Harley fell paralyzed: I was told he needed immediate hospitalization, an MRI, spine surgery, etc. As soon as I left the vet hospital I called to see what coverage I had; everyone I spoke to was genuine, concerned, and so helpful! I was assured that I had coverage for all that was needed (besides my deductible and 10% of total which my policy states) Thanks to that, Harley could have the surgery and is now able to stand and walk- it will be a slow recovery but I can also look forward to the fact that 'Healthy Paws' will be there for me when he can start his hydrotherapy sessions! Also... my claims were processed that same week...and they even checked on him after my claim was completed! I recommend them to everyone who has a pet!

Best decision I've made on behalf of my dog!
I enrolled our Chesapeake Bay Retriever in Healthy Paws when she was 6 months old after a friend recommended I look into pet insurance. After researching my options, I chose Healthy Paws and haven't regretted it one bit. She was very healthy through her 5th birthday but recently started showing odd behavior when she exercised vigorously. She was diagnosed with Bilateral Cruciate Disease which meant she needed 2 separate knee surgeries that cost $2000 a piece. Since I haven't needed to use the insurance in the 5 years that I've had it, I was nervous they would try to get out of paying their portion of such a large bill. Boy, was I wrong! They were understanding and caring and answered all my questions about making sure that the claim would be paid. They even offer a service for procedures that are preapproved in which they can direct pay their portion of bill right to the veterinary provider. It worked out great. Vet has happy too! I have recommended this pet insurance to my mother-on-law who just got a new puppy a few months ago. I hope she takes my advice. So happy I have it and so are my 3 boys who are anxious to play fetch with their dog again after she heals. <3

Regarding 8/17/2016 claim
I do not understand your claim process. A claim was submitted for a stool sample ordered by the vet as she suspected eosinophil. She wanted to rule out parasites. Layla had a blood test that showed elevated eosinophil in her blood, plus swelling in her lip and foot. I do not consider this - the stool sample - a routine test and have no idea why it was called wellness as the purpose was to help diagnose. I am not happy about this. I feel like I am dealing with a human insurance company, only worse. I is not making me feel good about Embrace.

Healthy Paws is the BEST!
I am so glad that I chose Healthy Paws for my kitties health insurance company. They have GREAT customer service. The people I speak with show compassion and concern for my kitties and their healthcare. Their rates are very reasonable. I initially went with another company and they doubled the rates of my 3 cats and my mom's dog after 1 year. Healthy Paws, if and when they do increase their rates, is by a couple of dollars. When I submit a claim I am reimbursed within a week. They also go above and beyond by giving back to help homeless pets. They are more than just an insurance company. They care deeply for and have a compassion for animals. I tell everyone I meet that has an animal: "Get your pet covered by Healthy Paws!" They are the best pet insurance company out there!

Highly recommend, great customer service.
Healthy Paws has been an awesome insurance company and I am very grateful to have them. After spending a little over a week reviewing pet insurance companies in depth, I choose Healthy Paws because I felt that they offered the services I really wanted to find, for example, no lifetime limits per pet, no limits per claim or per year, they cover hereditary and congenital conditions. These are some of the very important things I was looking at that quite a few other insurances would not provide. For what they do offer, the pricing is very affordable, I insure three (3) dogs with them. But their customer service has been outstanding. Just recently in mid Oct 2016, one of my dogs had a severe reaction to a suspected Parvo vaccine. This caused him to go into anaphylactic shock and unresponsive. We rushed him into the ER and his blood pressure was at 28 instead of the normal 120-130, he was in critical condition for 12 hours and we almost lost him. The ER was awesome and Healthy Paws processed the claim within 2 days and a check covering about 90% of a very expensive ER bill in about a week. This is the second time we needed to use our insurance within one year and both times they were very easy to use, no complicated forms or hassles. Plus, I had the peace of mind knowing my babies were covered for something like this so I could focus on them and not worry about if I would be able to afford the high cost of emergency services. On top of all that, I received an email from their customer service a little over a week after the emergency asking how my pet was doing and wishing him well. Wow, I can't say enough good things about Healthy Paws, but I am extremely happy and satisfied with them and highly recommend them.

Healthy Paws is great!
My dog fell and broke her front right toe and tore the ligaments in her wrist. Ultimately, it required surgery where a plate was inserted from her middle toe up to 50% of her right leg. 3 months recovery after the surgery and 3 months of rehab. Multiple bandage changes, x-rays, consults, antibiotics and casts all add up. The surgery alone costs $3000. Thankfully, I was covered by Healthy Paws. When my dog was shaking from the pain and limping on three legs, I didn't have to worry about affording the best care because I was covered by Healthy Paws. Their reimbursements are fast and easy with their very helpful app. One reimbursement required more paperwork from the vet so they emailed me and I submitted it afterwards and they processed the claim the same day. Their staff is so friendly and efficient. You email them and they respond the next day! I was extremely touched that they emailed me out of the blue to ask me about my dog's recovery after her surgery. I love Healthy Paws and I am very thankful to everyone there.
