Caring
ASPCA has been nothing but kind, caring of your pet and situation. They are quick in refunding your money to you. They call you when they find out what happened to your pet to see if she/he are alright and offers any kind of help to ease your stress. The fact that they care to take the time out to check up on your pet says a lot to me.

Very convenient/effecient process!
My poor pooch seems to run into trouble on about a yearly basis. Thankfully, I decided to invest in pet insurance through Embrace via USAA. Embrace is truly amazing. The claims are quick and their customer service team is patient with concerns regarding coverage, paperwork, and questions. And to make matters better, they cover dental work. This is something that my other pet parents don't have with their coverage.

Best investment ever

So far, excellent services rendered
i have two (old) cats insured with ASPCA and have given insurance to two other pets (1 dog, and one cat) as Christmas and birthday presents to people who could not afford to insure their animals. So far we are all extremely happy with the service and very appreciative of the comforting people on the other end of the phone Pet owner's distress at their animals' illnesses are not always comprehensible to other people.
