Awesome service and great employees.
Comet, our yellow lab, came down with a severe bladder infection. The first vet we took him to was unable to cure his problem after two visits and twenty days of antibiotics. The second vet put him on a different medication and he was cured in ten days. ASPCA covered the expenses from both vets within the plan coverage. After submitting the expenses we received a check in very short order. Comet is the third dog we have insured with this company. Every representative I have worked with over the past few years has been knowledgeable, very pleasant to talk to, and they made me feel like a valued customer. They always followed through and called me after each time we made a claim to make sure Comet was doing well, that we are happy with the claim process, and if there were any questions we may have. Having ASPCA coverage on Comet gives us a great deal of comfort and peace of mind.

THE BEST!
Our dogs are crazy, so we knew we needed pet insurance to cover any accidents. Our vet recommended ASPCA Pet Insurance, so we went for it. We are SO HAPPY we did! Within the first few weeks, our dog got into a lot of trouble, so we ended up using the insurance to save us thousands of dollars. We have saved sooooo much money over the years thanks to ASPCA Pet Insurance. Best of all, after every claim we make, the representatives call us to see how our dogs are doing. It's so sweet. I very rarely leave positive reviews on websites, but this warrants one. We can't say enough good things about ASPCA Pet Insurance.

Great service
My Ridgeback had a tumor rempved from her leg (benign, thank goodness).My ASPCA insurance reimbursed me a sizable amount in a relatively short period of time. The handling of this case from processing to reimbursement was stellar. I was very happy that I had this coverage.

Couldn't have done it without Embrace!
I have submitted multiple claims in reference to my Great Dane puppy who had been sick since we got her. While pre-existing conditions are not covered they still made a huge impact by reimbursing everything that they could. Including prescription food and medications! I'm really glad I customized my plan with embrace!

EMBRACE covered me!
I've had times where insurance were "unable" to cover certain medical expenses. EMBRACE's staff were friendly and on top of everything I needed to get done. They refunded our vet bill and Bentley (my SH Chihuahua) is happy and healthy!

I am so happy I decided to take out pet insurance for my 3 dogs. My first choice was Embrace! Recently our Boxer had surgery to repair a torn cruciate and is now doing rehab, I would never been able to give her the care she needed without Embrace And the Wellness rider is great, it covers vaccinations to flea meds. and heartworm preventative. Thanks to all the staff and vets at Embrace for all of your gray Care and customer service.

Outstanding Pet Insurance
Urie started with vomiting, diarrhea and became extremely lethargic within 2 days. She spent 2 days at our vet's (Peticote Veterinary) and then 2 more days at Northstar Emergency Hospital. Urie had multiple blood work, lab work, x-rays, ultrasounds, endoscopy, etc., and received the best possible care. KUDOS to Peticote and Northstar for their diligence in getting Urie back to excellent health. And yes, KUDOS to Embrace Pet Insurance Company! It is so comforting and gives me such great peace of mind in dealing with all veterinary decisions. I've been with Embrace for 2+ years and I'm so grateful for their excellent service and professionalism. It was the best decision I made in selecting Embrace over 5 other companies indeed!

The jury is still out
I submitted my first claim a week ago for Phoebe's surgery, and just received an email saying the payment would be put into my bank account as requested. Now, I must add that I submitted an estimate BEFORE the actual surgery, so Trupanion had plenty of time to research and evaluate. I must say I am very disappointed and amazed at the exclusions Trupanion was able to find on my claim. What they are "allowing" does not reflect what they advertise. I thought we were getting excellent coverage. We shall see...

WOW! REALLY GREAT PET COVERAGE!!!
Hi Everyone, I just submitted 3 claims of Aniella's to Healthy Paws Pet Insurance. The policy that I chose to purchase reimburses %90 on procedures they okay. I submitted this today and tonight I got notified that the claims were complete and checks were on the way. I am so pleased to tell you that out of a total of $1492 paid to Left Hand Animal Hospital, Healthy Paws is reimbursing me $1108. This is REALLY GOOD. I've had other insurance that paid pennies on the dollar and only sometimes. Please, if someone asks for a recommendation on a good pet insurance company, please feel free to share my story and pass on my definite thumbs up for Healthy Paws. hannah
