Great service for or dog Dudley
Our dog Dudley had vomiting and diarrhea witch turned to pneumonia. Put our claim into pets best.Great response on our claim.We our happy with way pets best treated us.ps Dudley is doing great keep up good work.

Not yet impressed
I've had Pets Best insurance since October (2 months). I paid extra for the wellness policy add on. So far, I am not pleased or impressed with my coverage. Perhaps as the year unfolds I will feel differently, but so far, it seems they spend a lot of words explaining why nothing, or very little reimbursement is coming back to me.

Good to have ASPCA on my Health Care Team
My 5 month old Scottish Fold kitten developed an eye infection from an unknown origin finally resulting in the surgical removal of his eye. Having insurance enabled me to do what was necessary to see if we could save the eye before having to make the decision to remove it. It is a comfort to know that I and ASPCA did everything we could as a team.

Definitely the most beneficial
Embrace has been great. I did quite a bit of research hunting down the best insurance I could get for my dog. Her plan started when she was a puppy. The rate is affordable for my budget, they respond and handle claims quickly, and they're actually pleasant to talk to on the phone. I typically spend $150- $250 for each office visit she has. Standard stuff so far, thank goodness she's still a healthy pup! I always receive my claim in the mail within a week, so I don't take much of a hit to my wallet. If I didn't have embrace, this little girl would be costing me more than she already does! Other companies I looked in to, didn't offer great benefits for a price point that fit my budget and the out of pocket for things they wouldn't cover was out of control. I would absolutely recommend Embrace to anyone who cares about their pets and not breaking the bank.

They never let me down.
I adopted a second dog last year, a sweet Yorkie cross and both she and my other dog have had pancreatitis in the last year. SCARY and Not Cheap. Honestly, I'd be lost without Trupanion for both of them. We call the other dog our sweet lemon! So many bouts of pneumonia, illness. They never let me down. Thank you, I can tell you love our pets as much as we do.
