The Process To File A Claim Is…
The process to file a claim is straight forward and Pets Best is very responsive, acknowledging the claim and providing ongoing status. Have had nothing but good experience with Pets Best and would not be without it as long as we have pets! Have been passing along this advice to several friends and family members who have pets, yet have no insurance.

Trupanion is the best
We have two dogs with Trupanion, originally we were with Petsecure and were not happy and changed to Trupanion. They are available 24 hours a day, all customer service people are genuinely concerned for you pet. We have a puppy that has inflamatory bowel problems and they have been wonderful paying for medication, and specialty tests.

Thank you Embrace
In November our 3 year old Yellow Lab Beau ate a box of suppositories. I found him just as he was eating the last one. I immediately checked the internet to see if there could be ill effects and I did not find anything. About 2 days later, Beau would not eat his food (extremely unusual) and went outside and threw up. I immediately took him to the vet and was told to take him to a local animal hospital. Once there, they took blood and determined that his kidneys were shutting down (functioning at 25%). Beau ended up spending 5 nights and 6 days in the hospital and a few follow ups at out vet and Beau is back to normal. I could not be any happier with Embrace. They have paid all the bills(which were rather large) per our policy and paid them in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend Embrace to anyone considering purchasing pet insurance. They saved Beau's life. Thank you Embrace.

A must for your pets!!
My cat was diagnosed with a tumor in his nasal passage. Trupanion was an absolute blessing. So far my cat has undergone 2 ct scans, testing and 6 radiation treatments. All of this has been possible because of Trupanion's help. They have been there every step of the way and provided payment on the claim within 10 days at the most. Their help and support made the whole situation easy in a stressful time. I have been a customer for 7+ years and as long as I have pets I will continue to be a customer. Thank you Trupanion for all you do!!
