Trupanion has the best customer service of any service-oriented company that I've dealt with over the last five years! Trupanion is prompt and efficient inn settling claims and is extremely user-friendly. Trupanion is by far the best insurance for your pet(s)!!!

I have been so please with ASPCA. I get my claims in and they process them very quickly and even call me to follow up to see if my dogs are doing well after their illness. I have been really impressed. I am so happy that I have their pet insurance for my two dogs.

You NEED Healthy Paws!
My wife and I picked up our first puppy about a year ago. Luckily we had some friends that told us about pet insurance and suggested Healthy Paws. I wish our medical insurance was this great! Our puppy has had a handful on things come up over the last year and it has been amazing not having to worry about how much something might cost. Unfortunately, he had to have surgery last month on his ankle which could've cost us $3,200. Luckily we had Healthy Paws and didn't have to worry about the cost and could focus on getting him the best treatment possible and his recovery. They even emailed us after the surgery to see how he was doing! My favorite part of the Healthy Paws is how easy it is to use. You get the app on your phone, set it up with your information and you're done. We go to the vet, upload a quick picture of our bill and a few days later we get a breakdown of what was covered and what our reimbursement will be. The only thing I could say to improve the service would be adding direct deposit for the claim reimbursement. But we typically get a check in a matter of a few days so not the end of the world. You never want something to happen to your pet but it's nice to have coverage for when something does come up.

It Was Easy. All I Had To Do …
it was easy. all I had to do is just print a copy of the claim form and send it to my vet which in sent it the company for processing. it was quick. funds were received within a week.

Simply Amazing!
This has been the best decision I had ever made. I been shopping for a good Insurance policy for my pet and I have found the perfect one. I really love how quick Embrace had processed my claim and their turn around time can not be beat. I found them through USAA Bank and because I am member I get additional savings on my policy as well. Thank you Embrace for providing great service.
