Best decision
When bringing home our dog over 5 years ago, we knew we wanted insurance. After comparing all the providers, we decided on Embrace and it was a great decision. They provide excellent customer service and are very responsive in processing claims. I believe their cover is very good as we've had a high maintenance pup! Our dog just went through some illness which ended up with some costly bills. Embrace was great in working with us on our options and we believe because of that, we were able to provide top care for our dog. Would absolutely recommend Embrace to all animal owners.

The best investment if you have a pet!
A lifesaver. This company is wonderful. Healthy Paws is very affordable for the level of coverage you can get ($100 yearly deductible, 90% reimbursement). We just had $6,000 worth of emergency vet services after our furbaby ate something she wasn't supposed to, and Healthy Paws processed everything in a couple of business days. I usually receive any reimbursement checks within a week of submission. Very simple submissions using your app and no hoops to jump through. I want to say thank you to you, your team, and Healthy Paws...you guys have been actual lifesavers. There is no way I would be able to afford to make decisions based on what is best for my dog and her quality of life v. what is the most we can afford. I have recommended Healthy Paws to EVERYONE I can. I will never go without pet insurance through you guys.

You never know when you'll need it.
I have had pet insurance for this dog and the last. ASPCA has been there when I needed it. The claim process is easy, efficient and quick. I would and do recommend them to my friends.

Consistently Wonderful
I have had insurance thru ASPCA for 9 years now and they just keep getting better. My recent claims experience was so EASY, I took a photo of my receipt, uploaded it online and the claims were processed in less than 2 weeks! I always recommend ASPCA to my friends and family;)

Shady
Have been told by Veterinarian he spoke to Madison Serwold about my claim being denied. As a Senior Partner she gave him a different answer than I was given. He was told dental claims are only discussed "in fine print" I was told to "read policy". My vet states that as I have confirmed no policy received. Rather Welcome Brochures? It would appear that this company is less than honest! First time last time for pet insurance! Kinda fraudulent!

great company
I've had this insurance for years and unfortunately I've had to use it many times. The staff is always compassionate, helpful and best of all very timely on the claims. I tell all my friends with dogs and cats to get this insurance.

Spreads the cost
My Terrier had major digestive problems which lead to vet costs of about $1000. The claim was handled quickly by ASPCA Pet Insurance. Her next major expense was due to a surgery for what turned out to be a benign tumor that was attached to her rear leg muscle. The surgery and medicines was over $750. I was thankful she had insurance. Paying premiums monthly had prevented big vet bills from biting so hard.

20-26 % premium increase every other year!
Just so everyone who is contemplating Trupanion is aware of how their premiums may increase. We were baited with an initially low premium. 2012 - $44.17 per month 2013 - $44.17 per month 2014 - $53.61 per month 2015 - $55.48 per month 2016 - $65.55 per month 2017 - $82.30 per month Premium has increased almost 100% in 5 years. We are looking for another insurance company. Or maybe even saving up the monthly premium into a separate acct for her emergency care.
